excellent product

At my door step within two days. This is a very versatile and powerful vacuum that cannot be surpassed in it's price range, in my opinion.

Amazing Vacuum

We still have the old one, but this one is better for the stairs and is more maneuverable so it’s a great buy. Never had a better vacuum. I’ll always buy Shark

Good vacuum

So far so good except the bottom canister door gasket came loose and expanded some after washing it out. I dried the gasket and it was still not wanting to go back into place but finally got it back in (bearly). I found No Replacement gaskets avalible anywhere. So be carefull and just use a wet cloth to wipe out canister

I bought one a couple of years ago to keep upstairs. I like it better than the vacuum I have downstairs, so I just bought the same one, just up dated. It works really well and is not too big or heavy.

Not worth the money

Overall it works ok but there's a lot of little things that i dont like. For the money id purchase something else. If my husband wouldnt have thrown out the box on accident i would have returned it

Good vac for the price

This newer model doesn't have lights and has clips that need to be unhooked to release the canister. My old Shark had a push button to release the canister. The new unit has a narrower suction head and doesn't seem to as easy to control add the old Shark.

Good value for a decent product

I needed a reliable vacuum that does a good job, and this one has lived up to expectations... sometimes if i need to travel and clean with it, i can take condense it down to fit in a suitcase and do that...

It does the job but is not as good as my older model that was lit. Don't get me wrong, it is a decent vacuum but like everything else that was great, Shark decided to make this not as good as previous generations.
