Really bad on carpet or rugs

I liked how it felt on hardwood, but that’s all. I couldn’t vacuum rugs for the life of me, and got super sore after vacuuming carpet. I also got shocked three times while using the wand… why?? That’s unnecessary. The cord was weirdly placed too. If it wasn’t for the carpet and rug part I would keep it, but I can’t buy different vacuums for different functions. That’s too much.

Impressive

I never could have imagined being as impressed with a vacuum cleaner as I am with this one. The versatility of its design and the sheer amount of crud it picked up out of a "clean" carpet makes it a solid product.
