This is NOT the highly rated Lift Away model

It is a cheap version that cannot handle "high" carpets, which is to say it cannot handle anything above cheap apartment carpet. Good mid level carpet will be a workout to get it to work. YOU MUST MANUALLY adjust the suction for carpets. The drive motor, if there is one (I'm assuming there is), is weak. I bought this thinking it was the Lift Away model that I had previously. It is definitely not. If you need a cheap allergen capturing vacuum and do not have high quality carpet, then this is for you. Otherwise find something else.

Excellent product, reasonably priced

He needed a vacuum, and this was the best housewarming gift I could think of.

All i can say is that this vacuum has improved. My rugs (area) are super clean like brand new. Assemble in minutes. Price was spot on. However on sale or not this vac is a keeper!!!

This is my first upright vacuum

The fact it is very good with dog hair and no bag was the main reason we got it. It gets the job done, but I must warn that the fist time we used it, we were shocked continuously. My husband ended up putting on a pair of gloves. As we've used it, there has been less shocking.

It won't give up on you when you need it most. Easy to clean, easy to switch modes, and most of the power it delivers exceeds the price we paid for it.

Decent at first

So we got another replacement, and that also stopped working within a month. The other thing that's a bit of a hassle is that the canister is so small.

Pretty pricey for a small vacuum that tips over every time using the detachments for the couch or cleanin the car. My last shark was better than this.

The Best Investment EVER

I have a cat that is shedding A LOT and our 10 year old vacuum could't handle it so I decided to get new one. After reviewing couple options I decided to go with this one. And I'm glad I did
