Easy to use but kind of heavy

This is a great buy

Once you get used to what connects where and how to use the parts and pieces it's not so hard. You will need some time to go over instructions to actually use this well, great price for quite a nice vacuum!

Love Shark vacuums but a little small

It served us well with the size of our house and the dogs we have. This unit though is significantly smaller as far as the canister and what it can hold. It's a great deal for the money and I'm sure will do the job just fine.

I decided to purchase the vacuum and so far It has been living up to its reputation, pleased and satisfied.

Disappointed

Works well on flat surfaces, such as tile and hard wood, but won’t work on any of my rugs. It’s too low and not able to adjust the height. I have always had a Shark and have always loved them, but not this one. I needed a second vacuum for upstairs and thought this was a good price. Very disappointed. My husband threw away the box so was unable to return. Do not recommend at all!

Great for new apartment

Only disappointment was that I thought it was going to come with under appliance wand and pet power brush according to the pictures. Other than that, vacuum does it’s job!!!

It was tired evidently. The brushes do a great job on our carpet and we feel confident that the carpets are much cleaner.
