This vacuum sweeper picks up a lot of things that our old sweeper missed. It was tired evidently. The brushes do a great job on our carpet and we feel confident that the carpets are much cleaner.

my last few vacuum cleaner only lasted two months. So I was careful when buying another one. I have had this one for a couple of months and it seems to work well. Get the warranty best buy is pretty good with theres.and its on file so you don't have to look for your paper work like other places...

I have tried other vacuums and this is my favorite! I clean houses and this works the best. I even bought one for my mom because it self propels over carpet which helps her to vacuum.

Cleans so much better/deeper than any vacuum I have owned. I love that you can see the evidence of how much dirt/debris it is pulling out of carpets (even after having just used my old vacuum on the same carpet right before using the Shark Navigator).

Vacuum works well. At first the movement of the floor attachment was disconcerting but I got used to it right away once I realized it moves around a lot in order to maneuver around furniture legs with ease and into corners.

It's a slim vacuum so it fits nicely in the closet. The top is a tad heavy, but it's versatile. You can bend it from left to right and get the job done fast. It empties easy and snaps back on quickly. It comes with a lot of attachments.

Love this vacuum cleaner! I used to have an old simple vacuum but didn't pick up well. Can't believe how well this picks up especially with pets! I didn't realize dogs shed so much hair and dirt! The only thing is it does get full pretty quick.

Shark Nav is smooth and cleans our apartment pretty well. Really happy compared to our previous vaccum cleaner. Also it can maneuver pretty well under sofas, bed frames and close corners.

It has been a quality vacuum; however, it's starting to lose some power & I've only had it a little over a year mostly used in about a 1200 square foot apartment with mostly hardwood floors. Maybe the filters just need a good cleaning, though.

Honestly its a very good vacuum cleaner. It works as advertised and i havent had a single problem with it. My only gripe is the tiny size of the container. Probably great for a household that doesnt have a very furry dog. I have to empty it ever 45 secs.

This is a strong vacuum that is easy to change the attachments, and not to heavy that I can take it up the stairs. We have 5 animals and the pet attachments work great.

Works very well on wood floors with lots of pet hair. Do wish it was designed to carry the accessories on the vacuum. I do not find it too heavy or that it tilts over as mentioned in other reviews. It does not work very well on thick area rugs.

Our 2nd Shark, great Vacuums, our old one still has great cleaning power but the switch went out so we just bought a new one because Best Buy had this on sale, and it was a great deal

I purchased the vacuum as a gift for my mom. The pick-up is amazing!!! My mom is thrilled. I selected this model because it is advertised as light-weight, it is fine for my usage but, a still little heavy for my 86 year old Mom.

I enjoy using it. For cleaning my room, rugs etc..

I had a Shark vacuum prior to purchasing this one. I am replacing because it is 10 years ago, however it still works well. Moving the old to be used for vacuuming vehicles and a new one for the house. I will never purchase another brand.

Have been needing a strong vacuum for some time. Saw the reviews for this and the price and gave it a try. It is a powerful little vacuum. Perfect for my condo wher I have very little storage. Gets the dog hair up great!

I've had this for about a month and so far am very pleased. I have two messy dogs and this vacuum has done its job. It also turns nicely. My only criticism is that it is a little heavy for me.

It works great and is very easy to use and operate.
