Good vacuum

I was forced to buy this one because Best Buy went against their own policy and wouldn't refund my 800.00 for a different vacuum so i had to get something on credit before they would give me any kind of refund.

Great Vaccum! Worths every cent!

We returned that immediately and we decided to spend more and buy quality! And quality we have bought with this one! It's not cheap but it's worth it every cent spent!

Buy a better vacuum!

This vacuum is a very cheaply made imitation of my previous vacuum. Is the first vacuum I have ever seen that doesn’t have a “headlight” on it. And this is just the beginning of the many shortcomings of this unit. I’ll be surprised if it lasts a year of regular use. My advice: spend the money to get a better vacuum cleaner.

Great vacuum

We loved it so much we bought a second. Replacement parts are hard to find, but we will be buying a new spindle and will continue to use the old one as well.

The included attachments are not particularly useful--it needs the rotating pet hair brush (not included), so in general it seems a bit cheap and incomplete.

Great vacuum, especially for hardwood floors
