I was a dyson user until I bought this vacuum for my business and I will never buy a dyson again. Pound for pound as good as any dyson. Needs a retractable cord but for the price I'm ok with there not being one.

It maybe a good cleaner as I get use to it since I have bare tile floors. It's a bit heavier maneuvering as I vaccum than I thought, I assumed it would more lightweight to operate. But I'll give it a good try!

This vacuum has every feature I was looking for. While it is heavy, the weight is a fair trade off for the efficiency and features. And, importantly, Best Buy gave me a price match that saved a few dollars.

Does not work on all carpet thicknesses. Cannot vacuum my living room 8x10 rug as higher grade carpet. I love it for the rest of my house though.

I have had a shark vacuum previously, thiught ill get another one because they are that great. This one is known to be defective. I now have to go through the manufacturer to have it fixed because it keeps losing suction power and then loses power completely. Recommend looking into other shark products.

I got this because of the decent reviews. Isn't half bad. Good for quick cleaning on floors and carpet. Does not clean deep more superficial. The extension hose does not have good suction at all.

Great vacuum ... I love the liftoff capability and the long wand with the tiny brush for getting under appliances and other things which are either close to the floor or close to the wall.

It works well. Always falls on its side. Attached hose is too short. Too much maintenance to keep filters clean. Would not buy another.

Was looking for a new vacuum and after a lot of research. I decided to get this shark. I must say it was actually more easier to install than expected and the overall vacuuming was great.

I love this vacuum. So much better and efficient than the other vacuums I have used. Has all the necessary most used tools and the brush power is immaculate.

had this unit for over a year and a half and its still running strong. No issues whats so ever. Whdn this one gives out we will surely get another.

This is a great tool for keeping my hardwood, carpeted and tiled floors clean. I can reach nooks and crannies as well as all open spaces. The self-propelled beater makes it easier on my back too.

This vacuum practically does the work for you. I have a tufted rug with varying levels of carpet in the design, this vacuum gets every crumb out of the nooks and crevices.

Always thought about getting one of these but didn't think it would hold up. Was I ever wrong! The Shark - Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe Bagless Upright Vacuum is awesome. Definitely recommend.

Not sure yet about this. It worked well at first but had to take it back beccause it got jammed up with hair.

I bought this for my son. He has a cat and there was hair everywhere. It works pretty well. He especially likes the hand-held vacuum attachment. It does feel cheaply made, but that has not been a problem so far.

This is a great vacuum for wood floors or rugs that shouldn’t have a beater bar used on it. There is the option to turn the beater bar off which is hard to find.
