pick up is decent, but it is so hard to maneuver that I find myself avoiding vacuuming. Purchased in early April, I am ready to giveup on it now (mid June) Big disappointment. I thought I did good research.... now I see that others have complained about difficult maneuverability too.

This vacuum practically does the work for you. I have a tufted rug with varying levels of carpet in the design, this vacuum gets every crumb out of the nooks and crevices.

Always thought about getting one of these but didn't think it would hold up. Was I ever wrong! The Shark - Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe Bagless Upright Vacuum is awesome. Definitely recommend.

I bought this for my son. He has a cat and there was hair everywhere. It works pretty well. He especially likes the hand-held vacuum attachment. It does feel cheaply made, but that has not been a problem so far.

This vacuum does an amazing job with pet hair. Being a new home owner I did not want to spend a fortune on a dyson. This vacuum has worked wonders for me at a fraction of the cost! Very satisfied.

This is a great vacuum for wood floors or rugs that shouldn’t have a beater bar used on it. There is the option to turn the beater bar off which is hard to find.

I purchased this for my daughter for a xmas gift. She has several pets and she raves about all the tools it comes with that helps her control pet hair. Great product for price.

Replacement vacuum when our old one kicked the bucket. We're both very happy with how easy it is to maneuver and how well it picks up dog hair.

Not sure yet about this. It worked well at first but had to take it back beccause it got jammed up with hair.

We purchased this to replace our previous Shark Navigator (retired it after over 10 years). Hope that this one gives us as much time and use!!!

The vacuum works well on hard word floors and tile but will not vacuum small area rugs [e.g. bathroom carpets]. It also has been pulling out chunks of my hand tucked runners. Since it doesn't meet all my needs I would not buy it again.

I just bought this vacuum and so far it has been working great! It vacuums up all of the fur from my long-haired cat. I’ve used it on my hardwood floor and area rugs.

An in-store sales person guided us to this model of vacuum cleaner even when we were looking at a more expensive model. He gave us some history on Shark and the popularity of this model with previous customers. We are glad we selected it!

This vacuum picks up dirt nicely and I like that is is a little narrower than most vacuums. Got this for my condo so space is limited.

My brother really wanted this for Christmas. He did some research and liked this one best. I was able to get it on sale for a decent price. The day I gave it to him he told me he absolutely loved it.

Have always used dyson, but they are very expensive. I was a bit hesitant about this purchase but have been very happy with this shark vacuum.

We had a Dyson for 8 years and it worked well. We started hearing about the Shark Brand and decided to try it. We are not disappointed. This specific model has many features our Dyson didn't.

Great vacuum, lots of functionality for its price point. Still working great after a few years.

Does not work on all carpet thicknesses. Cannot vacuum my living room 8x10 rug as higher grade carpet. I love it for the rest of my house though.
