Works great, but it is very heavy and a bit difficult to maneuver on bare floors. Using the on board tools proved challenging because the hose is so short, it tips the vacuum over.

I was very skeptical of buying this vacuum but let me tell you that I haven't regretted paying the $150 it's worth every penny.

Vacuum has a smaller tank and there is no light on the front. Picks up well, but not the vacuum I wanted. The price is ok for this product

only issue is tuff on rugs that are even low profile and hardwood floor vacuuming seems to not be that great

the shark navigator is very light and easy to move around and under furniture.

If you can’t afford a Dyson, this is a good vacuum. Easily cleanable when the suction starts to fade. Once cleaned it is back to full suction.

The vaccum is absolutely a great unit. The accessories that came with the machine are well appointed for each task and I have found more uses for the vacuum beside the floor. The sales people at best buy were very-very helpful too.

Honestly one of the best vacuums I've ever used. Bought for my wife and shocked at quality. It was cheap but still pretty good.

Purchased a Hoover. Stopped working within four weeks. Replaced it with this Shark. So far my wife is happy with it. Likes the removable canister feature to vacuum the stair steps.

Got this vacuum cleaner because my dog chewed the hose to my shark rotator. Super disappointed in this one as it was nothing like my other shark but was the same price. The canister is super small, there weren’t any attachments as shown in the pictures, and it doesn’t work no where near as good as my previous shark. I gave this one to my son and attempted to repair my other vacuum with gorilla tape.

The very best vaccum I have ever bought, I’m able to do many things, cleaning vents.

This vacuum does what the box says it can do. Great for picking up pet hair and reaching into hard places.

I'd been wanting to try one of the shark series for a while, then my old vacuum died. For the money, I don't think this can be beat. It really works wonders on cat hair.

We needed a new vacuum, we usually buy hoover. We had the extra money so why not. It was worth it. You should have seen how much dust it picked up from just one room. Thanks alot.

This thing cleans pretty well up until the point where the front filter guard popped off and shot the filter across the room along with a bunch of dust....not gonna lie tho, it was pretty funny....

Overall I like Shark vacuum cleaner. Only one problem it does not include accessories for cleaning walls, ceiling, under furniture.

The good: suction was great, and a very long cord. The bad: the vacuum feels extremely top/middle heavy. Like an apple balancing on a toothpick. The curved handle for using the hose on stairs or furniture is the most ridiculous thing. It’s not flexible and It was awkward and difficult to get into corners or a angles. I returned it and bought a Dyson that I found on sale for a few $ more than what I paid for this weird machine.

This is the nicest vacuum I have ever purchased. Got sick of buying junky cheap ones. Got this on a deal of the day and so happy I did.
