Well the vacuum has great suction, but I found a little lie. The cord is only 26 feet, not 30 feet. The head doesn't turn very easily. Not a very user friendly setup.

A little on the heavier side but picks up everything. Extremely useful the way it allows you to take it apart.

I really love the vacuum it does a wonderful job on bare wood floors and on rugs.

I use this vac for my AirBnb and thus far, it has been really good. Picks up dirt really well. Two things I would like: 1) If it had a light at the front, so I can see into corners, etc. 2) Better design to pickup debris in corners.

This is my second Shark vacuum (the previous still worked fine, just got a newer one). Good pickup. Base doesn't adjust for different pile carpets so it can be a little difficult to move over carpet.

We love this vacuum! It has a strong pick up and easy to empty and maneuver. I just hope it operates longer than the other brands I have purchased.

I like this vacuum cleaner very much. The only criticism's I have is that it needs better (more) attachments for cleaning. The attachment included in the model have very limited use. The attachment holder does not lock well into place. A retractable cord would be a great modification.

This is an excellent vacuum for the money! It's very powerful and fairly light. The tool attachments are a simple tapered extension and a flat, padded wide mouth.

The vacuum is a strong vacuum with an ok price. The vacuum works as described and has plenty of updated features to get the job done. Bought on sale which was a decent price. Overall I would recommend it to anyone.

Was good when new lost suction after a few months, but just might be a bad one

It is light and reaches hard places. However, does not pick up pet hair as described. Even used attachments and kept over pet hair and still wont pick up.

This was absolutely horrible. Warranty did NOT cover what broke and I was out so much money. The head has a very common IT issue with the wires and the head will lose connection to the motor and lose the spin/suction This was also incredibly difficult to handle and use, like absolutely horrible machine

The wheels on my self propelled eureka upright were literally crumbling making it harder to vacuum, the shark is wonderful, when vacuuming the carpet it is self propelled and works better than my old vacuum ever did.

I've had several other vacuums and this is the most consistent over time. The only improvements for me would be some kind of tool for cleaning the tight spots inside the canister and maybe a longer crevice tool. Also your blueshirt was a big help in deciding.

Easy to use with great suction. Cleaned rental carpet easily and picked up the dirt and hair you couldn’t see. Bagless easy to empty and clean. Lightweight and detachable makes easy wok of steps.

We thought we did our research before buying this item. We were excited to get it, but that only lasted until we used it. The only reason we did not send it back was because it was too much of a hassle and at least it functions reasonably as a stick vacuum on our hardwood and tile floors. And that is the problem, we wanted something for our hard floors that also had useable attachments. Even with the lift-away feature the hose is so short that the attachments are useless unless you want to stand on a ladder or crawl on the floor. It would make some difference if they had an extension wand, but it does not and I cannot find one to purchase for it. And cheaply made, my goodness it has all kinds of clips for various components that look like they would snap off if you are not careful. And while using the sweeper the hoses keep falling out and the attachment holder refuses to attach snugly. If you get too close to a cabinet edge the front filter compartment pops open. If you are looking for a sweeper I suggest you keep looking.

Had bought a dyson 2 years ago, and it was never great at picking up my golden retrievers hair. I decided to buy this one, and have been so much happier since then! Does a great job picking up hair!
