Great vacuum. This is my second Shark and they have always worked great. Easy to maneuver and carry when reaching high spots.

Overall a good product but alittle hard to push especially for a young kid even with turning the release air button from the hose. Overall a nice vacuum for the money.

I have always used Shark vacuums and love them. This was an upgrade from my previous one and this works great for the pet hair in my house.

The vacuum cleaner is functioning very well; the small downside is that it does not have many settings for the thickness of the carpet. The assembly to remove the top portion is a bit tricky but once you get it, it is okay.

You get a lot for your money, even more when you catch a great sale! This is a good vacuum that does a fine job for us. We have medium shag and a small dog. Great purchase.

Easy to use, and clean out. Not the most impressive as far as vacuum cleaners go but at the price it’s fair

Super powerful, easy to maneuver, picks up a lot. The only thing I didn't like was that all of the attachments do not fit on the vacuum itself; you have to store them separately. Otherwise, great vacuum for the value!

I couldn’t live without this vacuum cleaner. Love that the canister can be removed to vacuum the stairs.

I liked it when I used it. The sucksion powet is too strong.

we have several dogs and this is great for getting the hair off carpets . easy to empty dust cup, and love the washable filters. smaller cleaning head then our old vac but does a great job.

I've had other shark vacuums in the past but this one far exceeds them. Love that I can remove the canister to vacuum the stairs. So easy!

If I had any minor complaint, it might be that the path is a little bit smaller than I would have liked. Other than that, it’s so easy to use anywhere.

I am not happy with this shark vacuum due to the attachment for cleaning mt stairs does not stay on and the roller sqeeks as i push it back and forth and I don’t have the box due to I wasn’t planning on it having problems so I had already recycled the box so I’m just dealing with it and and would not recommend or buy this model again and I’m glad it was on sale

After reading the reviews and speaking with our sales person we decided to go with the shark. Couldn't be happier.

Amazing product! This is the second generation of this vacuum that I’ve bought and it’s fabulous on everything-especially pet hair!

I like how the vacuum is compatible to be flexible and you can remove it from the base and still be able to use it without any problems

Does the job works great with pets get the warranty!

One drawback is the hose keeps popping off every once in awhile
