This vacuum cleaner is excellent . I would give it 5 stars except it is very difficult to push on higher pile carpet.

I wished the cord was longer and auto retract.Works fine for a narrow path vacuum,perfect for apartment owners.

I like this model Shark because of the lift-away canister feature and it also happens to work well. What I didn't realize was how easy it is to clean!!

We went looking for this specific model and it performed the way we hoped it would. The price was very competitive even wen compared to Costco.

This is not a put together to be easy accessible for hose . Its cleaning good but a little cheaper than I'm use to.

Ok this vacuum is the greatest thing. Everybody in my home is vaccuming all the time lol. I love it.

Unbelievable...the amount of dirt I picked up with the Shark when I thought my carpeting was clean. Great just emptying tank & not worrying about bags anymore!

Works great, picks up pet hair easily and great in hardwood floors. The problem is the roller bar and all the debris that gets stuck, no simple way to clean it.

We love our new Shark vacuum. It does a fantastic job in reaching high & low areas. I was able to vacuum our ceiling fans, high windows.

Works great. We use one at the house and my housekeeping staff at work. Wish the collection container was a bit larger and it had a 5s spot for the furniture power head.

I bought this vacuum because we needed one upstairs. I was impressed by how well it works. I will be buying Shark vacuums from now on.

Love the new Vac I've used this product for a while now and can't go wrong with Shark.

Purchased the vacuum to use on household floors and rugs. Does not due bad if you are cleaning bare floors or short pile carpets. The unit can not handle deep pile or thick carpets. You have to have super strength to push the unit on thick pile carpets. It is a lift away which is about the best that can be said about the unit. Light and not bad for lifting away and cleaning your car. Would not recommend if you have thick pile carpets.

This vacume does what it says it does. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver.

I was a bit upset when I received it. I bought this specific vacuum because it had an under appliance attachment, but was sent one without that attachment. Called Best Buy And was told I’d need to take it to the store and swap it. Took it, and they said I’d have to call Shark. Took it back home, and Shark said they would send the attachment at no charge. Still waiting for it to come in. Hoping for the best since I really want this to be a win. Will change update and may be able to upgrade my rating when the attachment arrives.

I assumed Shark products were all great quality. But this particular one is very basic. After a few month of using it, it didn’t seem to pick up dirt anymore.

Though it’s on the heavier side, this is a quality vacuum. Has many accessories & very convenient overall

Shark vacuums are all we use both for business and home. You cannot beat the value. I've owned Dyson's and for the money I prefer Shark by far!

This vacuum has been reliable and does everything a norma user could want. Highly recommend!

We really like our Shark vacuums. We made the switch from a different brand and couldn't be happier!
