Although it is a great vacuum and quiet, it has a few flaws. The brush accessory for the wand does not rotate when using the extension. The extension for vacuuming is a bet heavy.

Great vacuum, lots of functionality for its price point. Still working great after a few years.

I have always had Shark brands. They are wonderful. The last one lasted for over 10 years. I got this one to get an updated model! You can’t go wrong with anything Shark.

I wasn’t sure about it but it’s great. We have gone through way too many vacuums over the years mostly due to a butt load of dog hair. This one has held up great!

I had one for many years never lost suction . We move to a new location and we bought this one . I still have the old one I use it for the cars.

We have two Shark's in our household. We bought this one for the downstairs high traffic area. I love the swivel head and the fact the head is a little smaller than the Professional works very well to get between furniture and the wall.

Nice vacuum my wife really loves it I like it well myself does a really good job and it cleans well it's easy to empty and it's easy to maneuver all in all I just really like it works well

I purchased this vacuum for our carpets because our other vacuum didn't seem like it was picking everything up and I was right. This is a fantastic vacuum. So glad I got it.

Love this vacuum!! It’s small but does the job. The canister is very easy to empty and the cord is long enough to get the job done!!

It Is a great vacuum. But it is too strong for my kind of carpet. Tried to exchange it after 25 days and the said I couldn’t . Not an elite customer. Should work ok for short carpets

Works great, but it is very heavy and a bit difficult to maneuver on bare floors. Using the on board tools proved challenging because the hose is so short, it tips the vacuum over.

Very lightweight but is very powerful. Detachable base makes stairs much easier.

Not sure yet about this. It worked well at first but had to take it back beccause it got jammed up with hair.

Purchased a Hoover. Stopped working within four weeks. Replaced it with this Shark. So far my wife is happy with it. Likes the removable canister feature to vacuum the stair steps.

I bought this vacuum about 4 months ago, and I am happy with my purchase. I rarely do any reviews but this item deserves it.

This vacuum does what the box says it can do. Great for picking up pet hair and reaching into hard places.

The vaccum is absolutely a great unit. The accessories that came with the machine are well appointed for each task and I have found more uses for the vacuum beside the floor. The sales people at best buy were very-very helpful too.
