But the one is cheaply made and less features i didn't pay as much for this one but expected more due to it being a shark!!! I think i could've bought a hoover or Bissell with the money spent on this one and gotten a much better vacuum

DO NOT USE FOR CARPET

We mainly tested this vacuum on carpet and rugs and while it did pick up a lot of dirt and dust, it was terrible to push around. It was easier on very thin rugs, but since there is no height adjuster it gets significantly harder on thicker carpet. You will struggle, with or without the brush roller function. Dont risk it, unless you are only using it for wood/ harder floors. Other reviews mentioned the same problem.

Bought New with Missing parts. Open box item shipp

Best Buy shipped an open box nicely packaged with the accessory bag missing. There was no seal on the box which is why I said it was open box at full price. This is the problem buying Online with Best Buy.

It leaks out a lot of the dust and dirt it is picking up and it is difficult (for me, a handicapped person) to clean out after dumping the loose dirt from the dirt receiver.

Great buy for price
