    This is poorly designed - heavy and awkward to push around, can't get under furniture. On rugs it is a nightmare to push and frequently gets stuck. Then you have the dust cup that needs to be emptied every time and spreads dust around when you do, and filters to clean. Just a terrible piece of equipment. I used it once and returned it.

    The sucking power is 5 stars but it sucks so hard you can barely move the thing on carpet. If you use it on a rug it just sucks the rug off the floor. Very difficult to use

    I assumed Shark products were all great quality. But this particular one is very basic. After a few month of using it, it didn’t seem to pick up dirt anymore.

    Great product for the price. We owned a dyson for 10 years, also a great vacuum and we were very pleased. The price is what prompted us to look at the shark. Sorry Dyson, please make your pricing more competive.

    I am not happy with this shark vacuum due to the attachment for cleaning mt stairs does not stay on and the roller sqeeks as i push it back and forth and I don’t have the box due to I wasn’t planning on it having problems so I had already recycled the box so I’m just dealing with it and and would not recommend or buy this model again and I’m glad it was on sale

    Does not work on all carpet thicknesses. Cannot vacuum my living room 8x10 rug as higher grade carpet. I love it for the rest of my house though.
