Disappointed with Shark

The advertising is deceiving. You have to take too many steps to remove the tank to get under tables (it’s not a simple process). It’s made of plastic so I can tell it will not hold up the 5 years under warranty. You have to invest in the higher priced sharks to see the difference! I don’t know why Shark would even cut corners and have a cheap model like this! The cord is even too short, constantly having to plug into outlet. Sorry I cannot give good rating! I took back. I sent my old Shark in to get replacement.

Hard to Maneuver

Purchased in early April, I am ready to giveup on it now (mid June) Big disappointment. I thought I did good research.... now I see that others have complained about difficult maneuverability too.

No floor height adjustment

Love my vacuum

Customer service warranty

So it lasted 7 weeks , i didn't think i needed a warranty for something that was basically new. Closing my best buy card now
