    Absolutely HATE this vacuum! Works well on flat surfaces, such as tile and hard wood, but won’t work on any of my rugs. It’s too low and not able to adjust the height. I have always had a Shark and have always loved them, but not this one. I needed a second vacuum for upstairs and thought this was a good price. Very disappointed. My husband threw away the box so was unable to return. Do not recommend at all!

    I went from using a Dyson to this Shark vacuum. I'm not missing my dyson at all. Only thing I would change is longer attachments. They are pretty short.
