Great vacuum

Doesn’work at all

Didnt need it for a while, when I tried to use it on medium pile carpet the entire head cannot be pushed forward because the brush spins for a moment then stops. Bogs down in the carpet and cannot be restarted without turning off and back on. Pure trash, useless. Waited too long to return plus I had thrown away all packaging anyway. Feel ripped off and I’m furious about that. We spend a LOT of money at Best Buy and this was 100% money down the drain. Definitely won’t buy Shark brand again!

We’re sorry to hear that your Shark Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe Upright Vacuum isn’t performing as expected on your medium-pile carpet. That’s not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand how frustrating it must be, especially since it’s past the return window.
The brush roll stopping could be caused by high suction on thicker carpets. Adjusting the suction control slider or ensuring the brush roll is free of debris might help improve performance. If the vacuum is still bogging down and shutting off, we’d love to troubleshoot further or discuss warranty options.
