If I am Being totally honest at first, I did not want this model. My husband went and got us another vacuum and I wanted to get the same one that I originally had because I loved it but he got this one and I like it too. There’s just a few things that I wish it had better as far as like the tub that carries all the dirt and you can remove it to dump all the trash out. It has like a snap leverage and I wish it was just like pop it in clicks like the other one that I have. That is the only inconvenience that I would say it I has . Other than that, it works great very powerful the suction is very powerful!

This is my second Shark vacuum, intended for use upstairs. It has several desirable features missing from my first Shark that's kept downstairs. First, this Shark model includes the flat under-refrigerator cleaning attachment wand--a very desirable feature. Second, the accessory attachments nicely fit on the vacuum rod just below the handle. My earlier Shark didn't have that feature. The suction on this vacuum is amazing and the sealing that keeps allergens inside the vacuum collection area is very good. There's nothing that blows out in the exhaust except clean warm air. In my opinion, this deluxe model is definitely worth it and a great value.

I got this with a Black Friday deal. Suction is great. It is very well built. Comes with the liftaway function, although the engine and the dirt compartments together weighs like a ton according to my wife. Having said that, she says it is very convenient for cleaning the carpeted stairs. I wondered why it was called 'Navigator' until i switched on the brush part. Brush is motorized and drives itself forward. So pushing is not an issue. Also it tilts sideways, which is quite convenient. Only down side: It could be made lighter...

This has been my favorite vacuum I've ever purchased hands down! It works great with dog hair and the attachments are super helpful. It's easy to use and light to carry. Definitely worth it!

Great design and look. Like how the accessories are held. The suction has been strong so far. Going between hard floor and carpet is very easy. Like the ease of bin release. I have two dogs that shed 24/7/365 and it does a great job of picking up the hair and dirt. Overall would recommend

I've heard so many good things about shark vacuum - so I bought one to replace my hoover- great suction power - good swivel action - I like the extending hose for hard to reach area with included tools (2 pieces) just a touch heavy for it's size - noise level not too bad. Yes, I recommend

This vacuum is really good. The only problem is that it can be unsteady sometimes and the lightest touch can knock it over! Other than that, it does a great job with pet hair and on taller surfaces.

This little vacuum has alot of power. It works great on carpet and bare floor. I would recommend this for people who want a good product and not spend alot of money!

Easy to use out of the box. The shark navigator is easy to use easy to keep clean and is very light. It’s easy to use on stairs and in small places. I've had this vacuum for nearly a year now and it continues to be an outstanding buy. We wanted a vacuum with a higher level of filtration and power than what we had and this has proven to be the case. Even carpet that was thought to be "clean" will produce a lot of dust and dirt in the clear receiving canister. Vacuum has also proven to be maneuverable and versatile, due to the attached hose system and being able to turn the roller brush in the base on and off (so you have suction only if you use on non-carpet surfaces).

I was pleasantly pleased with this vacuum, it has alot of sucking power, its light, quiet & maneuverable. And for the price it can't be beat.

Purchased this on staff recommendation at Best Buy. One of the best purchases I made. Lightweight, powerful, easy to clean. Definitely recommend. Worth the money!

Just as marketed. The best part is the ease of use. The suction power is so intense - was surprised to see the amount of dirt is sucks up! Also not that very noisy. Great product.
