    This is our 2nd Shark vacumn. We loved our first one, but needed to replace it. I couldnt recall how much we spent on our first one, and I had to order this one from the pictures online due to COVID lockdown preventing me from seeing it in the store. As soon as we started using it we realized that it was subpar to our previous vacumn, with subtle differences that done jump out at you at first. The power button is in an inconvenient location rather than right on the top of the handle. Switching between carpet piles is a little less easy, and removing the handle to use the extension hose was clumsy. Also, detaching the canister to empty on our old one was a couple easy button presses where this one has more to do. I wish I could return this one and have saved my money for a more expensive model that would probably have come with the bells and whistles that I have grown use to.

    Good vacuum. Easy to maneuver and easy removal cup. Cord long enough. Not happy with attachment holder so I leave attachments off
