Does NOT come with motorized hand brush
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In the photos and product description on the Best Buy website/app, it shows the motorized hand tool brush being used by the female and it states in the “what’s included” area of the product description that this model does come with the motorized hand tool...it does NOT. It even states on the box it comes with just a crevice tool and lint brush. Was looking forward to using the motorized revolving hand tool. Best Buy: Why is your ad inaccurate? What are you willing to do to satisfy me and keep me as a loyal customer, to correct this unsatisfying experience?
