False advertisement

On the website, it lists all the attachments it should have, including the pet turbo brush. The box they sell does not have it or any of the other tools (only the crevice and upholstery attachments). When I went to exchange, they said I bought the wrong one and gave me the runaround and suggested I get the more expensive vacuum ("only $60-70 more!"). I wasted two hours of my time on a vacuum that was certainly not what they advertised on their website.

Suction stopped working after a few uses

(Different model) so i went by the reviews of this specific model and waa sold. Now it is 7 months later and the suction is completely non existant. How is that possible when i read some people had theirs for years with no issues. I wanted shampoo my rugs and now i cant. So inconvenient, was expecting this to work and last since i dont have kids to damage my household items. Hoover do better, please.

It Just Stopped Working

I cleaned all of the filters and researched all possible issues, but to no avail. The vacuum just doesn't have any suction left and spits the dirt back out at you. Before the sudden malfunction, the vacuum worked great though. Such a bummer.
