    This vacuum works well, but it has a few annoying features. I don’t like the way you have to take apart the compartment to dump it out to clean it. And I don’t like the way you have to push the red clip to separate and use the cleaning wand.

    This model, which I spent quite a long time deciding on, turned out to be very unsuitable for me because I am not stable after having had a bad fall and spine fractures. So I am back to using my older Hoover Windtunnel after getting it repaired, because it helps me to maintain my balance. Shark is good, but not for me!

    I really like Shark vacuums, I purchased this for my 83 old mother. She finds some of the control difficult. They are in strange places. I own the Shark - Rotator Professional Lift-Away, it is much better to work with. Also it is more expensive, guess that's why.
