I looked at the reviews for this vacuum before I purchased it. It doesn't pick up as good as the reviews stated. I was so excited to try this and was disappointed. It doesn't pick up hair very well. I have two dogs and a cat. If you put it on the high suctionyou can't even move the vacuum. The other setting won't pick up much. Made me wish I would have bought the industrial vacuum. I won't be purchasing this again. It advertises this as a pet vacuum but I don't recommend it.

It is very Powerful and cleaned well. The price was very good.

I am super disappointed with this new shark vacuum. If we weren’t under stay at home orders I would return it to the store. Not as well made as my previous model. Kind of klunky- not as well designed. I just have no idea how I would return it since we can’t go in the store and it does vacuum good enough I guess. I would not suggest you get this model - other shark vacuums are much much better

Too heavy to move…NOT PRACTICAL for a woman. It’s not for mature women, more of a muscle workout if you need to build your arms or back!

Decent vacuum,works ok not as powerful as they made it out to be. Kinda overpriced in my opinion but it’s ok nothing special tho

Replaced Dyson with brand and wish I had done it sooner

Overall pretty descent vacuum cleaner however, I wouldn’t purchase this particular model again.

Easy to put together works well for the price I paid

This is my second Shark vacuum, and, although it is similar in design to my first (NV351) it is much harder to push on carpeting and rugs. I've had several Shark / Ninja products and admire their value, but this is just too hard to push. If you're looking for a work out from your vacuum and have carpet, this model is the one for you. Wish I could have returned the item, but the Best Buy return policy is only 15 days.

Too much suction on carpet.It pulled strands right out of carpet. I had to go around and cut them out. There are no settings to change it from hardwood to carpet, just a suction adjuster that does not work well. It also did not pick up everything on the hardwood floor. Too heavy to push on the carpet when the suction control is set to carpet. I bought this at Best Buy for my new home and it only had a 14 day return. By the time I first used it, it was too late to return it. I am out $180 and stuck with a vacuum I can't use. I wish Best Buy would take this vacuum back. I used it twice and will not be able to use it again with any success.

Not worth the money. Suction is horrible, conarainer capicity is small. Has hooks that comnect the canister which I do not like.

This product i purchased on August 20th 2024 And it died October 26 2024 just barely over three months from a few times a week of very basic use

I’m glad I didn’t pay full price, seems to lag on the suction. I am rather hard on vacuums however. Definetley a good vacuum.

The shark I bought has no adjustment for the shag in a carpet so only one setting, I can't use it as it's to hard to pull and push across my carpets, waste of money for me.

It's too heavy I have a 3 story with stairs and vacuuming wore me out

The suction on the area rug makes the vacuum stuck. You have to turn it off and back on to move it. Other than that, it works fine.

This is a great vacuum for all the places around the house, easy to move around!

The roller brush height cannot be adjusted for high pile carpet so it grabs the pile and makes it very difficult to roll the vacuum across the carpet. Disappointed because the description indicates it handles high pile carpet. I’m sure it’s a fine vacuum, but not for high pile carpet.
