Cleaned it out, washed filter religiously, emptied canister BEFORE it would get full, but to no avail! Tried every trick to get carpet roller to move, but nothing worked! An expensive lesson learned.

Too many hoops to jump through; too confusing for a senior citizen. I wanted something easy, not complicated and cumbersome. I tried to return it but was just a few days too late for the 15 days window. I didn't use it right away when I got it.

Not worth the money

It lasted 2 months working well then it started shutting off when I turned it on to vacuum. It was a waste of money and I was forced to go out and buy a Hoover vacuum that’s way cheaper and is still working with no problems.

Broke in less than 2 months.

The brush stopped spinning and we have used it less than a dozen times. I called BB to see what's they could do but they told me I can only do a cash repair or call Shark. Sad to say that I am disappointed with this vacuum and Best Buy.
