Broke in less than 2 months.

The brush stopped spinning and we have used it less than a dozen times. I called BB to see what's they could do but they told me I can only do a cash repair or call Shark. Sad to say that I am disappointed with this vacuum and Best Buy.

Poor Suction & Heavy

I have a Roomba so my tile floors are fairly clean but I tracked in some dirt from gardening. This monster could barely clean up the dirt & it totally failed to clean a rug by the door. The hand suction did not work. I have an old Dirt Devil that can out perform this big heavy device. It is suppose to weigh around 15 pounds but it seems heavier. I pretty much hate it.

Broken way too soon

It broke in Oct. 2019. And for some reason I completely forgot to add protection when I brought it. I should've brought a $40 vacuum at Wal-Mart.

Better than Dyson!!

The new Shark model has the front swivel capability which is very much like the Dyson and can get under tables and chairs. This is my 3rd one and no problems.

Very disappointed

I bought this instead of the dyson that I previously had because of the price tag. The price definitely reflects the performance and ease of use. It doesn't suck anywhere near how well my dyson did and it is so awkward and hard to turn. Using it makes my back hurt. I will be returning and buying another dyson instead

I was a long time customer, several thousands in purchases . . . . it was a shame: Good bye-bestbuy.

Turned put to be a upset because the vacume would fill up so quickly in about two rugs. Also the suction wasn't even good enough to pick up pine needles from the Xmas tree. That's ridiculous so I returned the item.
