I bought it on Black Friday after reading all the good reviews about this. But alas! When I tried use it over my carpeted floor, the brush rollers stopped spinning and the roller light went red Had to return it

Needs to have ability to raise the desk slightly for deep carpet.

Bought this model because it's supposed to be designed to work well on pet hair. Worst vacuum I have ever owned in this regard. The rotor bar in the power head becomes quickly entangled/useless with every use and you cannot access the bar properly to strip out the tangles. The plate above it does not open or remove for cleaning. Have owned Sharks before and liked the power and ease of use for the price. This tangling flaw makes the whole unit practically worthless for my purposes. Now, less than a year later, the power head doesn't work at all.

just ok i don't love it, it works ok but not great

Suction power low. Did not vac low or high rug well. The “no break governor” always stopped wheel. Owned for about a year. Chucked it and bought an $87 hoover wind tunnel that has none of the bells and whistles, but puts the shark to shame.

This is probably the worst vacuum cleaner I've ever had. When trying to use the attachments, it falls over. The hose is awful. This vacuum has very little suction power. Do not waste your money.

Bought 2 times both of defective and i returned to shop so wasting times and gas ⛽️

Using for stairs is not at easy as it seems. It's pretty heavy once removed and my body was sore. It did a good job but not worth it for me, as I am 61yrs old. I needed something lighter and easier to vacuum stairs

Works good but I feel that the Pricing should be better.

What an incredible machine! I'm not certain if my carpets were ever getting clean with other machines I've purchased in the past? The Shark is truly an amazingly strong vacuum!

its good for a single home use with no kids of pets

Roller brush would not work anymore on 3rd time using. Only has suction on right side so left side doesnt suck anything up. Heavy and makes turning it difficult. Will be returning tomorrow.

Not bad except some isolated cases of disconnection.

Better than the one I had before, I like this one!

It's a little hard to maneuver when vacuuming carpets.

Previously owned two Hoover vacuums prior to this purchase. I have had this vacuum for a little over a month now and enjoy the fact that it is very lightweight and has excellent suction power. I had briefly reviewed the manual but needed to look at it again to see how to separate the bottom portion so the canister could be carried. Pros: **Extremely lightweight **Easy to separate the modules for steps/stairs and hard-to-reach spots for portable cleaning **Fantastic suction power. It literally glides along without much effort. **Prefilter foam very easy to clean **Well-designed motorized floor-brush nozzle. Sturdy design and again great suction power Cons: ** Smaller attachments are too short. The smaller attachment for brush and crevice tool are too short. Either they are too short or the hose is too short. I like these tools better than the elongated tool. Elongated tool does not have very good suction power. ** Unit falls over frequently. When using the lift-away portion, the unit keeps falling over because the cord is too short. Even with the disadvantages, I would recommend this vacuum due the fantastic suction power and lightweight factor.

Keeps cutting off every minute or two - after only five minutes of use.
