Keeps cutting off every minute or two - after only five minutes of use.

Immediately returned. Too hard to push. Zero self-propelled. It's also top heavy. Meaning each time I turned it off and stood it back up it would tip over backwards.

Bought this after owning two different Dysons. This vacuum beats them both hands down, and for a fraction of the price. Great vacuum that picks up a lot!!

The wheel fell off just a few months after we bought it. The shark vacuums just really dont seem to be as good as they used to be.

Very hard and heavy to maneuver and you have to constantly reatart the spining brush.

Someone bought this fraudulently using my account, but NOT my credit card. This was to be shipped to an apartment in Chicago. Of course when I got the order e-mail & the shipping address, I immediately called to cancel the order. Shock of all shocks; they wouldn’t cancel the order even though it was fraudulent because I wasn’t the name on the card. The item shipped, & I kept getting updates on MY account for this item!! Shocker is that it “Couldn’t be delivered” and was returned?? Fraud Dept for this Co

No a good vacuum cleaner if you have back problems. Light weight to carry but too hard to push.

Everything gets stuck in canister. Have to take a knife to get stuff out. Undoing handle is a awkward. Love Shark, but not this one. Would love my white one back.

It works okay but you can't use for cleaning the car. We don't have w/w carpet so a canister design would work better since we have mostly hardwood. Overall good product but not if you want to use also for cleaning a car.

It has such a strong suction that it gets stuck on the rug. That beats the whole purpose of a vacuum cleaner, it takes forever to vacuum up a 8 x 10 rug because I constantly have to turn off the machine before resuming my muscle work out...I guess I'll call vacuum days my "arms" workout day.

Hair and dirt got caught in roll and wouldn’t go up into the machine . I returned

Haven't had our vacuum very long. Not working at all. Will contact the store to see if they can help. WAS an excellent sucker. Hope we can get it fixed or replaced.

This worked great for us, as long as you didn’t need to vacuum on any carpet. It was a little tough for my wife to push on carpet since it doesn’t have any assisted propulsion.

I was able to snag this beauty for $120 due to rewards and price match guarantee. The sweeper is much better than a Dyson.

It's okay. I returned it and bought a Dyson, which is actually amazing.

Works very well, I love that I can wash the filters. It is a little heavy but not too bulky to lift up and down stairs

This is one powerful vacuum cleaner and it has lasted me quite some time I would recommend it to about almost anybody

I vacuum every day (husband works with concrete, so every day he tracks mud, dirt, and concrete into our carpeted floors. I also have a 4 year old and 2 year old who are constantly spilling stuff or spreading stuff on the carpet: cereal, flour, seasonings, dirt from outside, and I have 2 dogs that shed a lot). I was tired of my old vacuum (that actually cost $20 less than this one) so I saw a recommendation in this one, looked it up, read reviews, bought it the next day. I LOVE THIS. It picked up more dirt and other stuff in one passing than my other one did in five passings. I am both fascinated and disgusted with how great the suction is on this vacuum. It's so easy to clean out as well, I'm a no mess/fuss person and don't like to struggle. I also like that I can detach the main part to take around with me and use the hose, it makes it easy to reach places like the top corners of the ceiling. And when I'm feeling too lazy to sweep I can also use it on my wood flooring and it picks up all the dirt and small trash that ends up on the floor. I've even used it to give a quick pass on my car and it worked great. Love this vacuum highly recommend it!

Doesn’t work on carpet!! Maybe would work on hard slick floors.

Used on fairly dense carpet required way too much effort, even when adjusted for carpet. We returned this item quickly as it did not fit our needs as senior citizens.
