Feels cheaply made. Falls over too easily during use, Ease to push/pull and maneuver on hard flooring (barely cleans hard flooring), extremely difficult to push/pull on medium pile carpet. The kids can’t even push it to clean their rooms. Was out of town for a week, or i would’ve returned it during the 14 day window..

Unfortunately, this product no longer works just a mere 4 months after purchase. I cleaned all of the filters and researched all possible issues, but to no avail. The vacuum just doesn't have any suction left and spits the dirt back out at you. Before the sudden malfunction, the vacuum worked great though. Such a bummer.

Good vacuum. Biggest problem is the squeaky wheels.

This model, which I spent quite a long time deciding on, turned out to be very unsuitable for me because I am not stable after having had a bad fall and spine fractures. So I am back to using my older Hoover Windtunnel after getting it repaired, because it helps me to maintain my balance. Shark is good, but not for me!

The cord is too short and the hose does not reach very high or far. Doesn't have a wand to reach higher. The placement of the bagless container makes it hard to control.

Had to return the vacuum the next day since it was unable to work on my slightly thicker carpets and the height of the brush is not adjustable. It seems like it would be a great vacuum for hard floors and thinner carpets.

I have mixed feelings on this vacuum. The hand held beater bar unit works great for furniture and stairs. Overall vacuum works great on hardwood floors however doesn't work well on carpet or rugs. Also gives shocks when vacuuming rugs

Hard to dump out it you have animals as the fur gets stuck so have to pull out with hand. Even with the suction on low it was hard to push on carpet. Not at all what I was expecting.

Works really good. Much better than my Dyson. The cord is better for a full house.

Too heavy. I didn’t like the swivel motion. It had great power. I didn’t mind the price, but overall think it could be a better vacuum.

I wasn't impressed by the way the attachments fitted to together. Bought a Bissell instead. Same set up, easier to put together.

This was purchased to have a lighter weight vacuum. I didn’t use it on carpet until after return date apparently over. I can barely push it. Suction is so great that it wont go across the floor. Ive adjusted as suggested and still can’t.

I purchased this vacuum May 2024 only because i borrowed one previously and fell in love. (Different model) so i went by the reviews of this specific model and waa sold. Now it is 7 months later and the suction is completely non existant. How is that possible when i read some people had theirs for years with no issues. I wanted shampoo my rugs and now i cant. So inconvenient, was expecting this to work and last since i dont have kids to damage my household items. Hoover do better, please.

The last shark I had was wonderful. This shark isnt! It's way too heavy to push

This thing is the absolute best at picking up dog hair. It gets it all. And it’s super easy to use. Get this.

What a great choice! I have used many of vaccumms over the years and this is the best for the money by far!

It is very hard to use on carpeting- adjusted the ring on top- did not help much- would never recommend it

I have an older Shark vacuum from a few years ago and this one was no comparison. It made a funny noise when you pulled it back on the carpet and the suction didn't work properly. I had it about 2 weeks and returned it. Didn't like the canister flimsy snaps that had to come off each time you emptied the canister. Too easy to break. I think the beater bar also was flimsy and didn't pick up enough dog hair even on the hard wood floors that Shark raves that their vacuums work well on hard wood. Returned.
