Not great design

So far it is working okay

It doesn't pick up as good as the reviews stated. I was so excited to try this and was disappointed. It doesn't pick up hair very well. I have two dogs and a cat. If you put it on the high suctionyou can't even move the vacuum. The other setting won't pick up much. Made me wish I would have bought the industrial vacuum. I won't be purchasing this again. It advertises this as a pet vacuum but I don't recommend it.

Not as good as the previous model

If we weren’t under stay at home orders I would return it to the store. Not as well made as my previous model. Kind of klunky- not as well designed. I just have no idea how I would return it since we can’t go in the store and it does vacuum good enough I guess. I would not suggest you get this model - other shark vacuums are much much better
