I really like this vacuum. Pretty quiet and great suction. It is a little tricky to get used to how to release it from upright status but so far so good. I was truly amazed by how much dust, dirt and pet hair it picked up. Love the option for max suction. I am very happy with my purchase and I absolutely recommend this vaccum.

This vacuum died within six months. Very disappointing...

Too heavy. The handle isn’t comfortable and difficult to maneuver the vacuum.

Terrible vacuum. It had no power at all. Less than a year and it is already broken. Save your money and buy a shop vac.

Right from the start this vacuum never had great pick-up power. We have dogs and I would have to keep going over the same area multiple times.

Vacuum puts out a lot of hot air from the filter area while vacuuming. So much hot aire that it heats up the room and makes me extremely warm.

this vacuum has CRAZY suction(i even had to adjust it down).Easy to use,great features & i like the fact that there's no need for bags. It might be a little fragile,since it's made with lightweight plastic,but then again it's very light because of that fact.

I wanted this vacuum the previous time I purchased one. At that time, it was out of our price range. I was looking online, and remembered Best Buy (BB). BB had the Shark Navigator on sale. I am pleased with this vacuum. It was a little difficult to put together, but once we got it together' it proved to be the best vacuum I've owned. The swivel makes it easy to get around small areas. It's easy to empty. It cleans better than Any one I've used!

This vacum is top heavy and requires the weight be supported by user, it is hard to steer, very hard on shoulder, wrist, and hand.

I bought this vacuum cleaner and it was already open hearts were missing and you guys would not take it back......

I didn’t check when vacuum coming . After rerun days I just found didn’t have appliance wand inside.

I'm going to be honest. I saw this vacuum before and thought it was cheap looking, and thought it wouldn't last. I didn't want to pay $159.99 for this. The Best Buy representative I was talking to said he had one of these and he's had it for about a year now. I took him at his word and made the purchase. I got it home and started assembling it. It took about 10-15mins. I wanted to give it the test against my lab's fur that gets on everything. My previous vacuum was a Hoover that the fur killed. The amount of noise was almost none, and it was working incredibly. I was truly astonished that it was making short work of all that fur. I really like the handle, the extension wand, tools, and especially the power switch that lets you decide between using just air suction without the brush engaged, and using the brush. The fact that I can lift the canister away is also another great feature. It's literally a matter of seconds and you can clean almost anything, and keep going on your way until you are done. I have been looking for a vacuum for such a long time, and I am so happy with this Shark. I've got a Shark! I owe Shark an apology. I'm sorry for ever doubting the capabilities or construction of your vacuum. You have made me a believer! Well worth what I paid!
