I love how easy this vacuum is to disassemble and move around with on steps. The longer hose attachment makes it even easier to use on stars. My only issue is how dirt likes to collect in a particular corner of the dirt reservoir once using the vac in its reclined position, but it’s good to go after giving the canister a little shake. That said, it’s still better quality and easier to use than my old vacuum.

Love this vacuum! It's lightweight and compact yet powerful. Excellent suction and great at dealing with pet hair. I am so pleased with my purchase.

Although I have had 2 Shark Steamers, this is my first Vacuum purchase. My old Hoover was loosing suction and possibly was spitting the dust back out! I noticed some models advertised Complete Seal so this was helpful in determining which model to buy. Second was weight and ability to vacuum my stairs. It was easy to put together and almost like it's self propelled. The cost was $149 at Best Buy - next ones were $199, $229 and $299. I am looking forward to being happy with it for a very long time!!

Ive owned this vacuum for 3 years, bought it when it was first released. I have to say this is the best vacuum ive ever owned. Its super lightweight and easy to use. I highly recommend this vacuum.

I was amazed at the suction power of this vacuum. I never realized how poor of a job my old vacuum cleaner was doing. I used this and was amazed at how much dirt and dust this got out of my carpets. They look brand new again! This vacuum is easy to use; removing and reattaching the canister is a breeze. It did suck up my area rug until I read the directions and realized that you could adjust the suction power. This is a great vacuum so far.

I bought this sucker in 2017, and it still sucks. Large amounts of powder, like diatomaceous earth, will clog the filter, though. The head removes and the neck also removes for an extended sucker. No bags so thats cool. For $100, definitely worth it. Has good navigation and works well on stairs and rugs and all floors. Maybe wouldnt use it on electronics. Maybe i would?

This best vaccum clear I ever had hands down. It gets all dirty and dust up. Not only that I hate doin the stairs but it make it so simple and easy to do. U will love cleaning ur carpet now with this vaccum. Plus u can disconnect the vaccum abd just carry around the hatless container And do the steps within mins. Only thing I notice the cord don't seem that long to me compare to the other cord I had for my vaccum. But all in all it still 5 stars.

Replaces an old Hoover - If youve got pets esp. cats - you need this vacuum. With a new bag I did the great room - then went back over it immediately with this new Shark Navigator (NV360) - which picked up a ton more hair and other dust/dirt the Hoover left behind. Very simple to use and empty - and the sale price left no worries as to its worth.

It has every tool you need to clean your home. All the tools work amazingly. I was super impressed. The dusting tool pulls up all dust and you don’t have to use any Windex or paper towels to achieve a fabulous result. My glass tv stand is really clean now from top to bottom. The tool to get under things is super awesome, I used it to clean under my tv stand. Before I was able to see all the dirt and debre because my tv stand is glass. It was always disgusting to look at, but this tool took care of this problem with ease. I can even get behind the tv stand to get all the pet hair and dust that’s been accumulating behind there. The handle detaches at two locations one for shorter jobs and one for longer reaching jobs. I used the lift away for the stairs, this is another place that pet hair gets stuck. The cord was plenty long to reach the top of the stairs with a lot of extra. This machines suction is great. It sucked up all pet hair and dirt. As soon as I attached the coach tool it started spinning and sucking and it did a great job as well. So over all this is an awesome Vacuum, reasonably priced, with everything you need to get your home spotless. I purchased the extended 4 year warranty with Bestbuy which means if anything happens to it with in the four years then they replace it for free. That is why I like to buy from BestBuy, they are Awesome ;)

Its versality, its sturdiness, its effectiveness, its design, I like all of it. It was such a pleasure using it for the first time I vacuum cleaned the whole house. And then I went on with my car. Not once did it get overheated. Not once did it fail to suck up the dust. I don't know for sure after just one day, but it looks like I got a new hobby.

What can i say? Ive never had a vaccumm under 175 last more than a year or two. This guy has lasted 5 years! Its picked up after 3 kids and 3 dogs and its still going! I would have been happy to get 3 years, but 5 has given me money back and then some. Cleans the car better than a shop vac too! We do have some wear and tear. Ive replaced the belt once and the hose is starting to wear down, but good ole duct tape is doing its job well.

Husband cut the cord to our Shark at home so went shopping for a new one. Really like how light weight this one is. Also like the Shark lift-away feature making it easier to vacuum hard to reach higher spots. Has good pick up power and I like the way you can sweep up what is on bare floors without throwing it all over the place, instead it goes into the dirt container.

Had my shark vacc for 8 years and it’s still going strong! I used it heavily on carpet and hardwood but the way it cleans on carpet is immaculate. My only small concern is I can’t use for a long period of time but that’s fine. I love it and I also have purchased the same for my parents.

This is the best vacuum on the market. This is my third one. 1st one died due to my son vacuuming water out of his car. The 2nd one died after abusing it with a remodel which included sheet rock and mudding. Yes I bought another one. Very trust worthy. Even though the other ones died. They lasted around 5 years plus. This vacuum will remove all debris from your carpets. It is so strong it will suck your carpet off the floor. Cleans great!! Love it!! Will buy again if needed.

Great for picking up dirt and dust. Not bulky or heavy. I love the swivel head when getting corners.

Wow! Used my old vacuum in the bedroom and then the Shark over the same area. It is scary what my old one missed and the Shark picked up. Worth every penny.
