This vacuum has incredible suction. I wish it had a light, the setting for floors does not activate the roller brush. Only the high setting activates the power brush. Too new to evaluate durability.

This vacuum is very powerful and quiet! My carpet was so soft and fluffy after I used it. I want to vacuum everyday now!!

So the vacuum works well, but it's definitely not good for a home with pets that shed. The canister is oddly shaped and hair that's picked up doesn't fall right out. I had to use a knife to get the hair out each time I emptied it. The canister does come off, but the pictures don't show that there's a cord connected to it so it's not that easy to roam around with. You have to empty it like every minute because the canister doesn't hold much debris. Ugh. Going to return it.

Multiple pet owner and am amazed how well this vacuum works on our carpet. Never thought I could justify the cost over the several "traditional" vacuums I've owned but I can recommend this wholeheartedly without any reservations.

Served me well for multiple years and tackled all the cat hair/litter with ease, only dislike is the hose attachment doesn’t stretch well so sometime I’ve sent the vacuum flying at my head other than that solid for price.

I think this is the best vacuum cleaner that I've ever bought in life. It's easy to use and clean. I read the great reviews before purchasing this item and it lived up to the hype. I have no negative things to say about the product. I'm very happy with my purchase.

At first I was going to go with a different vaccum and then a salesman talked me into this one and i am definitely happy with it. I have a dog and cat that shed like crazy and a very messy toddler and it picks everything up great. I use my vaccum on a daily basis, have had it for about 2 months now and absolutely no issues so far!

I have had my NV360 for 3yrs and loved it but it has recently stopped suctioning. I purchased GeekSquad protection plan originally and I’m hoping to now upgrade to the DuoCkean and still get the same performance and pickup on carpet and wood floors.
