Worst Vacuum I ever purchased

However, this vacuum does not work on rugs or a slightly hire pile carpet. Once hitting rugs and the higher pile carpet it immediately loses suction, and is like pushing a ton of bricks.

Reading several reviews, which appeared to be paid for, I bought this vacuum. Of all the words in the English language, WOW is the word that fits. This thing is light, in weight. It's color is meaningless. It really doesn't loose suction. From table salt, flour, sand, dust; it still picks up the usual stones, coins and paper clips. Before I retired my previous bag equipped, I vacuumed the living room carpet, then used the Shark and more dirt was drawn out. Fast-forward to present day: the Shark has been cleaned. The dust in the filters was removed. The foam filters were washed. The Shark works as good as the the first day. I am impressed.

Horrible vacuum.

When operating, a powerful flow of hot air comes out of the hepa filer located in the front lower area of the unit. Hot air is so intense that it heats up the room that's being vacuumed.

When I received it I was very happy but when I used it I had a shock on the handle and little spark. I am very much disappointed that I can not use it. I tried it in other two rooms too but the same thing it sparks and a shock on the handle cant use it at all.
