My wife does not like it. Does not have an adjuster like it doesn't clean the floor good, No light on it either. She just does not like the performance of the vacuum.

I have to exchange this every year or every other year. It stops functioning.

After a year exactly it broke down. I was hoping to have it longer than that.

Sadly this vacuum didn't pick up the dog hair or much else. Looks nice but not functional.Returned it for one that works well. Don't waste your money on this one.

This is probably the best vacuum I've owned. It has great suction, I noticed an immediate difference in the amount of dirt it picked up. The width was smaller than I expected but it turns on a dime and it's really light so you really are able to get more done. The container seems a bit small if you have hairy dogs, but both the top and bottom open for easy cleaning. The biggest advantage is being able to remove the entire unit from the base making cleaning the stairs a breeze. I have two German Shepherds, one Lab and lots of carpets. I am more than satisfied with this vacuum as a pet cleaner. Great price!

Cheaply made from the time we got it. 2 months old and the hose fell apart and now the clips that hold the handle on broke off. Had shark professional and loved it so stuck with shark.

2 weeks ago the brushes stopped working. Haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone for repairs. Not happy

After two uses the brush bar quit working. I am not happy with shark products.

The vacum was awesome when I first purchased it. Having issues with suction after 6 months. Will be sending it in for warranty replacement.

It worked and then stopped holding a suction --- so essentially it sucked in another way

Best vacuum I've ever owned. Powerful suction, runs super quiet, can convert to a hand-held carry unit for hard to reach areas. Lightweight and the pivoting head makes cleaning your floors easy as pie.

It’s heavy machine and cleaning is not so easy :/ regretting this purchase

I just bought this vacuum. I used it as soon as I got home. Most of the reviews I read mentioned that it has great suction so I wasn't surprised when vacuuming my floor. What surprised me was that the suction was just as good when using the accessories. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats that shed and can put a vacuum to the test. This vacuum did amazing. It is light weight, easy to use, gets under furniture easily, and gets dirt/hair up without a problem.

don't buy this one shark should be shame of themselves for ever putting this on the market sucktioni is horrible. no light at allll the lift away ios a joke

Poor quality vacuum cleaner. My 20 year old vacuum is much better quality than this one. I waited too long to return it so I will trash it.

Very difficult to push and vacuum for a senior citizen

It is not easy to use and is heavy. It shows in the pictures that it is simple but in fact not.

This vacuum lasted 7 months. I’m very dissatisfied.

Return next day, vacuum would say it was jammed when it went from wood floor to rug. Switched options on vacuum and still could not navigate on the carpet.

This vacuum cleaner is excellent! It has strong suction power, making cleaning fast and effortless. The design is modern, lightweight, and easy to handle, even in tight spaces. The dust container is simple to empty and clean. It works quietly and efficiently, leaving floors spotless. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it!
