Broke after few uses, totally not worth it and it wasn’t covered under warranty

I've only had this vacuum for a few days, but it's already out performed my Dyson by a mile! I tried it out first on the living room carpet -- with just one vacuuming, I could not believe the amount of dirt that was pulled out of the carpet -- the canister was full! This made me feel like my house was filthy, so I've been giving each room a thorough vacuuming as I'm taking down Christmas decorations and have had a full canister of dirt almost every time. I did the stairs today and was amazed at how easy it was to remove the canister and carry it up the steps (again, after just vacuuming the steps and a small landing, the canister was full of dirt!!). Don't waste your money on a Dyson, get this vacuum which is much cheaper and definitely performs better.

I wanted this vacuum the previous time I purchased one. At that time, it was out of our price range. I was looking online, and remembered Best Buy (BB). BB had the Shark Navigator on sale. I am pleased with this vacuum. It was a little difficult to put together, but once we got it together' it proved to be the best vacuum I've owned. The swivel makes it easy to get around small areas. It's easy to empty. It cleans better than Any one I've used!

You got to keep cleaning it Don’t waste your money

It is very hard to push on the carpet. The company said that was the way it was.

This is a very disappointing product. I will have to return do to overheating and shutting down.

Wasn't what I wanted. I returned and purchased nv765 which is much better.

I am really disappointed in this purchase. We loved our previous Shark, which they no longer make. We thought this would be comparable, but we were very wrong.

I was in desperate need of a new vacuum. I just didn't know how much until actually using it. My two Bissels never picked up this much!! And all the attachments are actually useful. It's very light weight and it does take some getting used to but it is truly amazing. This was a very good purchase in my opinion.

Easy to setup and use, great suction power! This one replaced my older vacuum and we love it!

I've never written a review before but I just had to for this vacuum. This is my first shark vacuum and I don't know why i didn't buy one sooner. This vacuum has great suction and the first time I used it I can't believe how much dirt it picked up!! It actually made my carpets look newer! And it's a lot more lightweight than the hoover vacuums we've always used. The lift-away option is great for stairs! I couldn't be happier. I did a lot of research before buying a vacuum, determined that I wasn't going to buy the same 'ol hoover vacuum again, so if you're considering this, trust me, get it! You won't regret it.

Shark is the only vacuum cleaner I trust and would highly recommend to anyone. Plus it is more affordable than a Dyson. I had mine for 7 years now. We moved 4 times and it never failed us. The suction is still strong and functions the same as when I got it. Just make sure to change the filter once or twice a year. I use mine 2-3 times a week and it's crazy how much dirt and hair I get especially from our carper floors. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Easy to assemble, lightweight and great suction power!!

The suction is great; it gets a lot of dust up. The parts are easy to figure out. Has 2 settings: one for short pile/hardwood floor and one for deeper pile rugs. I wish there was just one more option, but no complaints, given the prize.

Very lightweight and suction is awesome! Love all of the included attachments. My only issue is it tips easily when using the attachments! But my hubby and I love it.

I really like this vacuum. Pretty quiet and great suction. It is a little tricky to get used to how to release it from upright status but so far so good. I was truly amazed by how much dust, dirt and pet hair it picked up. Love the option for max suction. I am very happy with my purchase and I absolutely recommend this vaccum.

Although I have had 2 Shark Steamers, this is my first Vacuum purchase. My old Hoover was loosing suction and possibly was spitting the dust back out! I noticed some models advertised Complete Seal so this was helpful in determining which model to buy. Second was weight and ability to vacuum my stairs. It was easy to put together and almost like it's self propelled. The cost was $149 at Best Buy - next ones were $199, $229 and $299. I am looking forward to being happy with it for a very long time!!
