While using the Shark I received electric shocks

I bought it today from Best Buy and was very happy to use it and only to find out it gives out shocks from the handle once i turned it on. I called Shark customer service & was told it was NORMAL and it would not happen again. I turned on for the third time and it shocked me again and is not just statics. No thanks! I'm going to return it.

Don't waste your money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't waste your money. A decent eureka or hoover will do just as well. This machine does not do a good job on pet hair. There is no edge brush so you are constantly bending over and racking your hand along the wall to get everything up. The pet hair clogs in the brush and you have to pick it out by hand. I wish I never would have bought this machine. Only good thing is the upholstery brush.

stopped working after 1 month and 1/2

I should have gone for something else. It started by smelling like burning but i thought this couldn't be as it was brand new. The smell didn't go away and after just over a month it no longer works! It has been used once a week so how can it already be broken! Well it is and i just hope that get help with the warranty they offer.

Not the vacuum that is listed.

The other (the vacuum you get) with only two accessories. So don't go by what the photos and listing show. I was misled and will be returning the vacuum and looking elsewhere.

Not great for carpets

Poor quality

Called them & they troubled shooted & are replacing motor & charging me,$21.00 for delivery. I hate this vacuum. Very heavy & awkward to use. Poor quality.

Doesn't work on thick carpets
