This vacuum does everything it says. Great suction, picks up pet hair like a magnet, and very easy to maneuver. I really like being able to remove the canister. It makes cleaning certain areas much easier. Also, it's probably the least noisy vac I've ever owned. I'd definitely buy another.

I have had my NV360 for 3yrs and loved it but it has recently stopped suctioning. I purchased GeekSquad protection plan originally and I’m hoping to now upgrade to the DuoCkean and still get the same performance and pickup on carpet and wood floors.

We purchased this to replace a Dyson vacuum. My in-laws has a Shark that we borrowed while the Dyson was being repaired. We loved it so much, that when the Dyson vacuum parts broke apart the second time, we decided to go with Shark.

I am not sure why I waited so long to purchase an updated vacuum. This vac replaced my 14 year old Oreck. My carpets were noticeably cleaner. I came out of the stone ages with this vac! I can not believe the suction and the carpet grooves!!! Great job Shark.

I went to best buy to look for a great vacuum to clean up and pick up dog hair. I have a tried a few but this shark vacuum does the job. The suction on this vacuum picks up hairs from couches, floor and even use it to vacuum my car.

Works very well. Compact n makes lil noise. Very good purchase

This vacuum sucks everything right up. I did have an Oreck; vacuumed with the Oreck the day before I got the Shark. Vacuumed with the Shark the next day and the canister FILLED UP from one room. I do have cats, and there was so much hair it was ridiculous.

Best vacuum ever.super light weight and can literally suck up anything with the amount of power it has. Detachment from the base is a great feature for doing stairs and.car. i bought this to replace a 5 year old shark model that crapped out but served it purpose for a long time. Its amazing how much better technology has got in the last 5 years.

I have not had this vacuum for long. So far it works amazingly well.

Great vacuum, I had it from the time of purchase over five years ago and with proper maintenance it’s on its last now because of frequent use, I’ll buy it again.

I was really looking forward to the ground attachment to use for under the couch and oven but it doesn't suction very well at all. Other than that, I love the vacuum! Has great suction and I like how you can adjust the carpet level to bare floor.

I have bought another Shark as a result, they do what they advertise. I couldn't believe how much dirt came up with the bag less vacuum. It was truly amazing how much dirt my old bag vacuum was leaving behind. Good deal and great results.

Recently my 5 year old Sharp upright vacuum cleaner would stop operating after about 5 minutes, and not work again until waiting about 30 minutes. Before discarding it and ordering a new one I thought I'd try calling Sharp Customer Support. I explained the problem to the support person, and while we had a bad connection and really couldn't understand what he was saying other than he would send something to me. I assumed it would be an email with troubleshooting but didn't receive anything. Four days later I received a box with a brand new motor unit and now the vacuum cleaner is as good as new. I was very impressed with their response!
