seemed to be a high rated vacuum, best price at Best Buy, great shipping--I gave as a gift

Bought vacuum maybe 2 yrs ago. Dirt container broke 6 months ago but thankfully I could still use it. Then I discovered yesterday that the hose split when i was losing suction. While a like the ease of going from carpet to hardwood floors and it being bagless it wasn’t worth wasting the money I spent on this vacuum. I expected it to last much longer then it did. Especially after reading the reviews. I had a Kirby for 15 years.....15 and my son is now using. Guess I will be dropping another chunk of change on a new vacuum.

Afforable and fills my needs. Easy to assemble and I like not having to replace a bag.

Wife has to have a shark every time we get a new one and usually a new just cause she giving hers away to get a new one.

Still going strong. Take care of it, it’ll take care of you. Like anything else.

I had to return a Hoover because the hose quit working after a 45 days. The salesman recommended the Shark Navigator left away. It picks up well however it is very awkward for me to use and the handle gets heavy after awhile. My main pet peeve is that it comes with 4 attachments and you can only store two of them on the vacuum. I don’t want to have to chase attachments down every time it is used. The handle is very awkward to use with the attachments and the crevice tool is super short.

Great vacuum.. have had for over 3 years and ready to purchase another for cleaning apartments

Vacuumed up a lot of dirt. However this shark unlike my bosses model is Not east to empty ,& for some reason when using the handheld part , which is faulty didn't lock in. got a few small static shocks

This is my first ever purchased vacuum. I did read the reviews and compare different products before buying it. I would say this is a great choice for what you paid for!

For the most part good I wish the brushes were self cleaning and the filters lasted longer

Just started to act up after years of usage. About time to replace now

It is a “OK” vacuum. The suction was never as good as other Sharks I have purchased. The hose and the brushes pick up some items, but sometimes can not pick up string. I kept it, but I would not purchase this version of Shark Vacuum again.

Git this for my mother in law and she loves this vacuum, so many options and such a small real estate ,Shea really enjoying it.

Works great at first then slowly stops sucking things up no matter how clean you keep it.

Does a good job of getting dust and dirt vacuumed up. Only problem is the cleaner is top heavy and will tip over easily.

This does a great job on my carpets- I have dogs that shed A LOT! It really picks the hair up. Reasonably priced.

1. This product weighs more than the 15 lbs. advertised. 2. Is there such a thing as TOO much suction. We are both in our mid-70s and it is almost impossible to move this vacuum on carpet! I just finished two small rooms, and I'm worn out! If I could return it, I would, but we have disposed of the box. 3. I called customer service at the number given in other reviews/responses, and the woman on the other end was absolutely not help at all. Is sounded like she was reading from a book that said "use the brush setting on the switch for carpet and no brush setting for bare floors." DUH! Not to mention the fact that English was obviously not her first language! We're hoping now that the thing just burns itself out so we can buy another brand! Not worth the aggravation!

This vacuum is powerful, yet easy to store. I love that it isn't as loud as old school vacuums. Definitely worth the buy.

Read reviews and thought this unit would be perfect. Chose Best Buy because I wanted to support a bricks and mortar chain and the prices were similar. After 10 uses the motor seized. Brought it to back to Best Buy to resolve the situation. SURPRISINGLY, they DID NOT help. Said they would only cover for 15 days. REALLY? I can't believe the customer service can be this bad. I thought this was supposed to be the difference with doing business with a real human rather than online. Gave me the number for Shark. Gee thanks. I called Shark and they said I need to box it up and ship it...and pay for shipping both ways!! So now I have to find a box that will fit it and pay ~$60 for shipping. I guess I'll be forced to take it to a local repair shop instead. REALLY disappointing experience at BEST BUY and SHARK.

I dont say this about vacuums…but this is the best vacuum we’ve owned. One of the things recommend to people looking for a new one.
