I was replacing a 10 year old Bissell with this Shark, which was on a great Black Friday sale and let me tell you this vacuum is amazing!! The power is great and love all the extra features it has, it is a breeze to handle and runs across floor and carpet smoothly.. can’t recommend this vacuum enough!!

Not much to say except that so far this has been, by far, the best vacuum we have ever owned. Incredible as to the amount of dirt and dust this critter picks up. The "lift-away" feature is quite handy for doing the steps. Easy clean out is a plus also. Great machine and works super well. Good price also.

I bought this vacuum mainly for my stairs as my Dyson is too cumbersome to carry up stairs. I love that it's so easy to pull the base off and it's not very heavy to carry upstairs. It has amazing suction power and works just as well as my Dyson. If I had bought this before hand I never would have bought the Dyson.

Anyone who has lived in a house with carpeted stairs knows just how difficult it is to vacuum and get them clean. This vacuum, with the lift away chamber and stair attachment tool, make cleaning the stairs a much more bearable chore. Beyond this, the vacuum is light and has excellent suction on carpets, rugs, and floors alike. By far, the best vacuum I have ever owned!

Good Machine... very strong vacuum and a very good brush that fluffs up the carpet and refreshes it looks..

Put in brand new LVP wood floors and needed vacuum that could do the job of cleaning everyday. Although it's not cordless, the vacuum runs very smoothly and picks up everything on the floor. Settings make it easy to switch between vacuuming hard floors and rugs/carpet. Excellent vacuum.

Out of all of the vacuums I have purchased, the Shark is by far the best, this powerful little vacuum picks up everything. I love the fact that it is so light and that the canister can be removed so you can vacuum in the harf to reach spots. Did a lot of research to find just the right vacuum and this one is it, very happy with my purchase and the price I got from Best Buy.

Me and my girl friend went looking for a new vacuum and of course Best Buy was my first choice. We went in and started Just looking. I dont know much about this type of product so that is why I brought her. We was in the store for about 1 hour and had alot of questions but no one even bothered to ask if we needed any assistance. Thank god i brought my cell so i could google the reviews. We chose one and bought the shark because of excellent reviews. Took it home and setup was really easy. Went online to see if we could buy replacement filter local and found that it was 46 dollars cheaper on bestbuy online. So the next day went back to have it priced matched and Customer Service said i could not because i needed an email code, i told them there was no code sent to me it was on their website. To make a long story short I had to return the Brand new never opened Shark and buy it online and pickup in the same store. This was very disappointing and will not return to that store again. I will so my shopping for any item from bestbuy online and just have it shipped. Product A+, Price great, service terrible.

I love my new Shark Navigator. It does everything I need it to do without lugging around a big machine. Much better than my cordless Dyson. If I had to list any downside it would be that the canister was a bit larger. Believe me, it's not really a downside. I highly recommend this vacuum.

Love love love the vacuum- I’ve used it well over a year and now my mom is using it at her house. It’s so sleek and lightweight it makes clean much less of a hassle! Will definitely recommend time and time again. The price point is excellent for the buy. Monies well spent here!

This vacuum is such a great product for the money! As a "convert" from Oreck, I can vouch for the quality in spades! Very easy to operate, and disassemble, and clean. Powerful suction that is very versatile. It will not disappoint.
