Great vacuum!!!

The only thing that prevented me from giving it a 5 star rating was the hose. When you need to detach the vac & use it as a canister style vac, the hose isn't long enough to be convenient. Otherwise, this thing performs wonderfully.

BRAND & BANG FOR YOUR BUCK

There are some other great SHARK models that are great as well. You can get a great deal at Best Buy— it’s definitely bang for your buck.

Broke after 3 weeks. NO RETURNS.

I called best buy to see if I can return it and they said no. They said their return policy is 15 days. Then they told me to call the company and they also said they won't accept it as a return. It only worked well for 3 weeks! That's it. Make sure you don't buy this vacuum. If you do buy a vacuum, make sure you buy it from a place that has a longer, more reasonable and understanding return policy. Definitely will not be buying electronics from Best buy again.

Besr Vacuum Ever

The accessories are very helpful for my needs. In fact, I am vaccuming my entire house more often now.

Easy to change from carpet to bare floors too. I got a great friend that said hers was a great vacuum. So I actually tried hers out first.

Great all-purpose vacuum, especially for carpet

I got dog hair out of the carpet with this vacuum that my old vacuum couldn’t touch. There’s a separate motor attached to the carpet brush that’s very powerful.

Best Light weight Vaccum

Most times when vacuuming there was more dust blowing out than in. But with the light weight Shark, it is completely air tight. The suction is great, ease of using the vacuum and the size makes it a great product and well worth the price. I will recommend the Shark to anyone!

This thing is light, maneuverable, and voracious. Hard to use on scatter rugs as it wants to pull them in, but fabulous on larger rugs. Used on 3 rugs the first time and were astounded at how much dirt it took in.
