I searched and searched reviews and people's opinions about vacuums and I finally chose this one. I like the swivel head, although it was uncomfortable initially, I quickly acclimated to it. It does a great job on my hard wood floors, which are in most of my house. I also have large area rug in the living room, and it works well on that also. The collection canister is easy to empty and the filter is right there too, so it's easy to remove for cleaning. All and all, I am happy with my purchase and I would recommend this product to others. My only reason for not giving this review five stars as opposed to four, is the cord. It needs to be about 10 foot longer in my opinion. I do understand that the length is a industry standard, however the manufacturers need to listen to the consumers and provide a longer cord!

I like how this vacuum has a great suction like everyone else mentions. That is a positive and its great. But there are some flaws, like the bin is really small in my opinion. For a 2400 sq ft house, that is probably only half carpeted, you have to clean it out the bin every 2 vacuum's or it will be full. But that could be because it is sucking up a lot more dirt. (I am comparing this to my old Hoover pet one I had). It is also not that light weight as everyone stated before. It is just OK on the weight. And the last thing I have an issue with this one is that there is not enough space on the unit to hold all the accessories. I've had this vacuum for not too long and I think I already misplaced one of the attachments. But if you need things to be sucked up, it is great, and you can overlook the rest of the flaws.

Works great. I love that. It reclines backward far enough that you can go under most anything.

My girlfriend and I are moving and needed a new vacuum for the new house. This vacuum has great suction power, and some really great attachments. Awesome value!

This is the best vacuum cleaner we have ever had. It has lots of power, is easy to use and clean. Unlike the Dyson it , cleans the entire house without overheating halfway through cleaning the floors

This vacuum will definitely do the job! I bought this for my wife, and she has always wanted a Dyson. She did all the research and this went toe to toe with it, and for the price and the versatility of this vacuum, well worth the money!

Since living on my own, I've tried many vacuums and this is by far the best! We have three dogs and this picks up EVERYTHING. I love how I can use it on the carpet and then flip the switch and use it on my hardwood floor.

I may have just had the worst vacuums my whole life but this is the best one I’ve ever used. It’s lightweight, maneuverable, easy to assemble and take apart, easy to clean, and is a good price.

I've always liked sharks products because they do their job in a neat manner. This vacuum is great. It may be a little pricey than other brands, but it gets the job done. The vacuum itself is not heavy, and cleaning the canister is very easy. All the instructions to assemble it are easy to follow as well.

This vacuum rocks. I own a cleaning service and have been buying different types of vacuums for years. This is my third purchase of a shark vacuum. I will never buy another brand. This vacuum has great suction and very eady to use.

This model has been improved to include tools for hard to clean areas such as under refrigerators and behind cabinets and dresser pushed close to walls. It also has a way to reduce suction for cleaning rugs and that has been extremely useful.

This vacuum is incredibly powerful! It didn't just clean the surface of my carpet but pulled out years of dirt from underneath. It even eliminated the musty smell in my house. Highly recommend!

The vacuum is very quiet and the suction is strong. I like the option for the bare floor, the brush isn't spinning so the vacuum can pick up everything on my hardwood floor, so my floor is always clean. This is my best vacuum so far.

This was an impulsive purchase for me and have no regrets! Its SO MUCH lighter to carry and easier to push than my Dyson!! The suction and lift on this vaccuum is totally effective for our Boxer”s dog hair! The cannister is on the “smaller” size but we can live with that for a cleaner home!

Works great and easy to clean. My daughter has one,because see has worn out every other vacuum she has, including a Dyson. The 3 year warranty is a bonus.

I have had shark vacuums forever. I love their warranty program, this vacuum is not my favorite. It does not do well on high pile rugs. The attachment arm is hard to pull out and put back in. I want my original purple shark navigator back. That was the best. This is good for floors and thinner rugs not great on thick rugs

Wow, this vacuum is amazing! My wife has previously bought other expensive vacuums (over $1,000) that performed just okay. However, this product is the best we've purchased and is very inexpensive.

We are definitely happy with this product. The ease of use is beyond compare. It has all the qualities of a good vacuum cleaner and it wasn't expensive. Even my 7 year old grandson can/does vacuum the house with it. Great product! Thank you.

I had to purchase a vacuum last minute & I'm on a tight budget. I compared this product with a Dyson & found it had more features at a lesser price. It's light weight, has great suction, great to pick up pet hair, can use for steps, & easy to clean.
