Great buy for everyday cleanup of pet hair. No untangling hair from brush roller. Empty every two vacuuming.(twice a day) No low cost compared to other expensive products.

Programming it was easy. It did what it was supposed to do in cleaning the floors, and returned to home base when I called it to. I liked that when it found sections that needed extra cleaning, it did it.

Really like this vaccuum, it works way better that some if the other “lower budget” options out thsre that I’ve tried. The mapping function works well.

The day I got this product felt like Christmas! It works perfectly, does an awesome job mapping and vacuuming, both catpet amd hardwood floors and puts itself away! What more do you need?!

I have had good luck with Shark products in the past. This Robo Vac has not disappoited at all. Very happy with it's performance. Far better than others that we have had in the past.

I got this for my mom as a gift, and she loves it! She sets it to run while she sleeps at night, and empties it out in the morning. It can be a bit loud but you can’t hear it if you’re on a separate room/floor of the house

This AI intelligence is something. Vacuum scans entire surroundings and provides a map of what was and wasn't cleaned. It's magical and that's why I named it Marlon instead of Merlin.

We love this vacuum it will map out your house, it does all the work you don't feel doing, rolls over our rugs really well too! Definitely glad we purchased!!

Overall, I am pleased with this purchase. The vacuum cleans well and is a fairly smart device, I still have to use the upright occasionally, because the Shark doesn't lift the carpet pile, at least it didn't appear so. It has to recharge to finish the whole house (2300sqft) due to tight spaces and large furniture. The app is okay. It would be great if the app could show the progress and location of the robot during cleaning so I don't have to go find it.
