    Dumps water. Should handle higher sqft but have to constantly refill every 100 sqft. Should have just gotten the vacuum only model.

    I bought this and it has stopped working. I reach out to the company I bought it from. They reached out to tell what I needed to send them and now they won’t respond and my 90 day warranty they offer is coming up. I feel like they are waiting for that to end to tell me it’s too late. Bad for Best Buy also.

    Terrible. Out of the box it was missing the mopping pads. It was impossible to pair the app with the device because the so-called buttons (micromotion crap) were inoperable, making the device unusable. Also, could not remove the dust bin. Worst-designed appliance I've ever purchased from Best Buy.

    Dust bin doesn’t plug into the robot, starts running and leaves the dust bin behind it. Definitely will return. Not sure why it was shipped to me in this condition.
