    The unit works well but 4 months in the nozzle that fills the unit with mop solution broke off. Shark immediately sent a free replacement with no hassle at all

    This shark vacuum is very effective and does the job nicely, it cannot program 2 floors but you can move it up and down with dock. We have used this for 6 months now and we really love it. It save a lot of time and effort to keep the house clean.
