So smooth… and on a Black Friday! Ordered on the website, the confirmation was quickly received with instructions on how to pick the gift up, and where to go. Additionally, there was a link for me to use once I was in line so the product was readily available for the staff to fetch! The team member was extremely nice, quick, and helpful. The entire process was excellent!

Shark Never Touch Pro

This one was defective

Nice upgrade

Pretty easy to set up and connect but I already had an older shark robot so had the app. The mapping was extremely fast and he’s working off his schedule well. Love the mopping feature on this one and not having to fill the tank or change tanks as I go. It does this automatically, it’s great so far.

Make the Switch Worth IT
