Don't buy it, stay clear from it

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't recommend this model at all, I puchased this unit on Dec 2024 and set it up on Jan 2025, after setting it up, it was working great until 2 months after, the refilling tube broke and the base was unable to fill the robot to mop the floors, I called shark customer service and they send me a new base, jump 2 more months the new base broke too, call shark again they replace it again, 2 months later broke again, call shark and they decide to replace everything and had me send the old unit, now I have a new unit but I'm pretty sure it will break too. Another thing I didn't like is that it doesn't get close to the walls and leaves like an inch without cleaning.

Shark - Robot Vacuum & Mop Never Touch

The robot kept getting stuck and it's not cleaning the whole house as shown on the map. The battery even dies too quickly after charging for 100%. So, I need my money back like ASAP so I can go with a different product. WORST ROBOT SHARK HAS EVER MADE. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU SHARK COMPANY...!

Would not buy again

Only good when it’s new

About a month in, the mop seemed to be flowing less water. Now it doesn’t flow at all. Have done all of the maintenance very regularly. Also got the under this one that doesn’t have a dirty water tank and I’m having similar problems. Definitely do your research before buying.

Very disappointed

I was very dissatisfied however. It did not do a good job following its own mapping. It was moppinh my carpeted living room, going around in circles and cleaning a small space instead of what I selected. Then after all that could not return to dock after cleaning. It costs way too much for this. I purchased a cheap off brand prior that performed basics better in my opinion.

Never buying it again

We returned and exchanged for a BNIB and we shouldve just got our money back. We set it up per the manual and just noticed after 13 days it had developed a small leak into our kitchen floors. So now we're trying to get the water damage out of our engineered wood floor...... Not worth the money done recommend.
