Excellent product, I recommend it 100%, it is very useful, without a doubt the best purchase I could make.

I wanted to like it but it is a piece of trash! I ordered it 3 times! and the water tank kept cracking and spilling water all over my floor! And 1 of them just totally ripped itself from the inside out! Like from the movie alien ! It scared me to death! So instead of making my life easier it has been nothing but a headache, being on the phone with the shark company and getting replacement parts! And a whole new one once from them! And once again the tank cracked! Also the robot isnt the greatest either! It does not edge like it says its supposed too either!

I wish I could give no stars, but here we are. We purchased a shark vacuum/mop and started experiencing a small amount of issues with it a few months in. However, I purchased a protection plan for repair, replacement, or refund so I felt comfortable we would be good. Fast forward to this past Sunday. While I was disposed with family issues in the ICU, my adult daughter took the Shark in for repair. She told them what it was doing and they informed her that they no longer carried the unit and they don’t do repairs so they decided to give her a refund. Well, the problem is that I went by today and found the exact model and unit on their shelves. So, as a member and a long time, loyal customer, I went to the customer service counter to resolve the issue. I was promptly told it was my problem and they reserved the right to repair, replace, or refund at discretion. Not what I was told when I bought the unit or protection plan. Asked to speak to the store manager and was told they don’t have one and to call the 800 number if I had a complaint. With such heavy competition in the industry and to the door delivery from places like Amazon, it’s no surprise that box stores are failing. They defrauded me when purchasing the unit originally with promises they had no intention to keep and once again when I took one product in after MANY YEARS of purchasing several products from this company. Looks like I’ll choose someone else next time I need an electrical device.

I am 5 days over my one year warranty and pad shift motor is broken. The pad shift motor is responsible for adjusting the position of the mop pad during cleaning. Therefore the vacuum will not mop. The cost for the part is over $300 (with a small discount due to being so close to warranty expiration), and very difficult to replace. I will be purchasing a new vacuum but it will not be a Shark product.

Bought this for my wife. She loves it. It helps throughout the week with the pets.

Our floors have never felt more clean. We’ve used iRobot for a long time and decided to give this a chance. We won’t be going back. Great quality and works like a charm. Keep it clean.

It was an excellent purchase. With the map you can clean by areas, that is, you do not need to clean all areas at the same time. And self-cleaning is the best. I liked it.

This started out working really good then the water stop working but when I called shark they did their troubleshooting thru the app and sent me a replacement within 7 days so they do stand behind their product

This did not do well in my home. I am not sure if we maybe got a defective item or what. The vacuum is very quiet. I do like the ease of set up etc.. but, the vacuum would do our kitchen floors and leave dirt and dog hair that was in the grout line. We owned one of the original roombas for about 10 years and it finally quit on us. It was a much older model and did so much better with dirt and dog hair pickup. We returned this unit and are trying a different midel/brand.

Great product when it works. The application it uses freezes and is very basic. For the price I paid thought it was horrible. Returned and purchased a roborock maxv ultra instead and I'm a lot happier with it.

Worked fine for a month . Suddenly stopped mopping saying error 50 cannot fill tank . Shark support after 1 hour on the phone and video call asked me to ship it back and they will replace it when they receive my unit back . Very disappointed

Had the Romba IRobot that stopped working. Was warrantied and replaced with the Shark. Much better.

The product is amazing and the design looks fantastic. Also it manages to find its way out under the tables. Thank you to have such a great product.

I am very disappointed with this product. The robot kept getting stuck and it's not cleaning the whole house as shown on the map. The battery even dies too quickly after charging for 100%. So, I need my money back like ASAP so I can go with a different product. WORST ROBOT SHARK HAS EVER MADE. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU SHARK COMPANY...!

The robot is everything I was looking for and the app is really simple to use.

It works better then expected saves time around the house my wife loves it.
