Good vacuum overall. Works well and cleans well on hardwood and carpet.

Lightweight, effective cleaning. Easy to empty out dirt.

I loved it up until now it’s suction decreased significantly in 5 months of use. It also spits out the dirt back out at times once it’s off. It’s not full neither so not sure what happened. I have insurance so I know Best Buy will repair/exchange.

The Shark is awesome. I've had it for years now. No problems. Powerful and Affordable! A little heavy though.

VERY happy with the unit. Does all I expected and more. Knocked 1 star off just because of the weight, but it really is not too bad.. Expected it to be a bit lighter, but realize the electric motor adds some weight and would not trade that for a lighter cordless. VERY powerful.

I have different kinds of vacuums, but bought this one for a special need. It was a good value at a good price.

This vacuum has been great so far! It's small and versatile. The top seems a it heavier than expected but It's not horrible. I take it as a light workout. I love it's sleekness and how it reaches underneath furniture, not having to move everything around to be able to reach underneath it is a great bonus!

The shark Rocket is an awesome vacum and floor cleaner. It's small size makes cleaning fun, not having to drag a heavy vacuum around. Only downside is the bucket that holds the debris is very small. Just have to get use to all the weight being in your hand. Love this vacuum and have suggested it to all my friends!! Great product

Vacuum is lightweight and works great with pet hair

It does carpet, hardwood, and awesome for furniture.

I like the lightweight design and the way the head turns, the only thing that I don't like is the way it pulls so hard when the brushes are on carpeted floors. Also when I use the attachments it does not seem to have the same suction. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Otherwise it picks up well and cleans well.

The product has performed well above my expectations.

Purchased this for my mom as a Christmas gift and she says its the best shes ever had! She loves it!
