    amazing vacuum

    I'm very very happy with this vacuum. It's very light and small yet so powerful. I love that I can reach high stuff like the fan and blinds. The suction is amazing for such a small vacuum. I'm very impressed with the performance of this vacuum definitely recommend it.

    small but mighty

    I was looking for a small vacuum for my daughter to use at college. After reading all the reviews I decided on this one. It is great. The suction is strong and pulls dirt/dust out of the carpets amazingly. I was so impressed I bought another one to keep at home. It just has a light on the front. I attached a picture of all the dust it got out of my carpet in the living room. And I have a rainbow!! yuck!!

    Fantastic vacuum, much better than I expected

    Great little vacuum. Used on tile & carpet. Lightweight and easy to use. Picks up just about everything. Also works great on area rugs. I highly recommend it. Thabks

  • My shark is less than a year old and has stopped picking up...What should I do?

    I would first check the bottom of the rollers to c if there is stuff around them. Maybe wash the filter sponges out to see if they picked up too much dirt & let them air dry. Hope it solves the problem.

  • The canister seems very small, do you have to empty it a bunch of times before being finished with vacuuming say... a living room?

    My living room is 14.5' x 34' and my dining room is 16' x16'. I have a combination of hardwood floors and carpeting. I can vacuum the entire first floor without filling the cup. If I do the first floor and all five bedrooms on the second floor, that will fill the cup. A lot also depends on how much dirt gets tracked into your home. If you have an entryway where a lot of leaves get blown in, then yes, you might have to empty more frequently.

  • can vacuum be used on hardwood floor with low setting?

    I have laminate floors and it works well on them. I'm sure it would do the same for hardwood.

  • I am researching the Shark Rocket Bagless upright Vacuum. I notice at least 2 different models at 2 different prices. What are the model #'s and differences. Can I remove the head of either to dust the ceiling corners and dust the ceiling fans?

    Hi Bets, That's a good question indeed. At this present moment, there is 3 different configuration of this unit on the market. They are as follows: the model HV300 series (which is the category this one falls under) that is also the oldest version of this unit from the three models and the lightest one weighting about 8 lbs compared to 9-10bls for the other two, the model HV320 series (which is an upgrade) and lastly the latest version which is the HV380 series. The main differences between this specific unit you are inquiring about (model HV301) compared to the 2 others (except the weight and accessories) is that this unit doesn't have the dual-brushroll technology, on board accessory storage and LED lights on the floor nozzle. This unit HV301 and the HV320 series are also a bit less powerful (500W and 4.2A) than the latest version the HV380 series (600W and 5A). Finally to answer to the second part of your question, yes you can remove the power head and use the extension wand to dust off the ceiling corners and fans with any of these units. Please also keep in mind that the accessories that come with each unit determine the price point as well as the unit itself. Hope this information was useful.
