    We have a lot of steps and it works great on them. It has two speeds so good for all floors. Just wish cord could be detached to make emptying easier.

    I was so torn between a Dyson and the Shark but I am glad I chose the Shark. Better quality and half the price. Best vacuum I have ever used.

    Its a better buy then a lot of vacuums out there. I wish it had more power. I also looked into the extra attachments on line. They are a little expensive. I noticed now that they giving you a steam mop if you buy it on tv. Best buy still was very helpful with our purchase

    Don't overpay for a vacuum when you can buy this one. This is the second and newer version of the one we bought 5-7 years ago.
