Overall this is a great vacuum. We were deciding between a Dyson and the Shark Rocket. The Shark Rocket is much better value than the Dyson.

Great vacuum for pet hair since you can remove handle and clean along the baseboards easier.

I love this vacuum! I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars just because it's a little more top heavy than I had expected it to be. It's still lightweight, but it might be a little heavier to elderly person. Other than that, it's a great vacuum for the money and it cleans very well!

I actually want to thank Best Buy for being so great to do business with. When I went to pick up the vacuum I ask to look at it and the lady opened the box so I could inspect the item, I had never seen one only read the reviews. After inspecting the vacuum I decided I did not like the size of the dust container I ask if I could return it and she did the transaction. I had heard that Best Buy was not easy to work with on returns but this was not the case I had a great experience with them. I have since purchased a different Shark Rocket and I am completely blow away with the amount of “dirt” it removed from an area that I have been using a different one on every week. This Rocket is WONDERFUL

Great for everyday use. Large capacity empty only once.

Doesn't pick up dirt very well on non carpeted floors.

After using another brand which I loved, when I used this I was surprised at our easily it maneuvered and the job it does. Would definitely recommend it as a replacement sweeper.

Enjoy the convenience of this vacuum, but do not like that it does Not stand up on its own. It tips over too easily when you stop and lay it against a wall briefly.

Everything is great about this vacuum except that this vacuum doesn't have the bright led light shining towards the floor like my old one does, it maked it a little difficult when you are vacuuming under beds and in other dark areas.

Great job with pet hair on the hardwood floors! Compact and way to store and use.

Good: Light weighted. Great for cobwebs and valance Bad: Cant stand by itself. Pain to store Suction not at all as powerful as claimed in infomercial. Weak. Dirtcup pretty small.

This vacuum is used in a small apartment and is doing a great job.
