The trash can of the vacuum broke down in one month and I'm using tape to close it .i hope warranty will replace this vacuum or at least fix it

it's not powerful enough to clean well carpet and wood floor

Zero out of zero! Very hard to control and my wife hurt her back,and you guys don’t allow me exchange because I passed few days of 15 days exchange policy! Very disappointed! That’s the last time I purchased anything from Best Buy!

I bought this 4 years ago and unfortunately this stopped working and my insurance sent me another but it is very different from my first vacuum, I was very disappointed because it is slow and it doesn’t clean as well.

Operates as described. Meets my current needs. But…I tend to get my legs tangled in the cord as I vac

Used this vacuum for about eight months, than it went bad. Trying to get a refund or exchanged but its been a nightmare.

What a GREAT vacuum for the $$!! I absolutely LOVE this vacuum. Thank you Shark! I vacuumed my bedroom carpet on a Friday with my old clod hopper Bissell and purchased the Rocket on Saturday. Brought it home, put it together and vacuumed my bedroom again. I was in shock at what my old vacuum did NOT pick up!! Disgusting! This Rocket is amazing...I have hardwood flooring throughout the rest of my place and the attachment for flooring works great on getting up dust and pet hair. I love the two levels for vacuuming thin area rugs or regular pile rugs. This vacuum is so easy to manuver and the suction is incredible. Easy canister to clean and the attachments come with a bag for storage. Great value for the money. The only reason I gave a rating of four stars is because it is loud.

Avoid. Vacuum does not stand up on its own and is expensive for the quality you get. There are much better options.

Heavy head makes it difficult to handle and takes to much effort to control. Difficult to clean when hair stuck in the rotor. Small dust container requires cleaning in the middle of vacuuming. I won’t recommend. I’d return it but learnt that Best Buy charges restocking fee hence I’m stuck

I returned this item. Too top heavy (hurt shoulders and back), the floor sweeper attachment too light weight to maneuver.

This vacuum is amazing! I love all of the attachments! works wonderful on my couch and stairs! this vacuum really cleans well, I am amazed each time I dump the filter. The power of the vacuum is so great!!! all around best buy ever for my house!

Loving my new vacuum - so easy to use. I have mostly hardwood floors and its great for quick pick ups. Attachments work great for corners and cleaning hard to get areas. Easy to empty waste. I would buy another and definitely recommend this product.

It is the absolute best all in one cleaner to have at home , which can be used with ease of use. We absolutely loved it , and the suction power is indeed what they vouch for. We have hard wood floors and the dust away attachment is so perfect for cleaning the same. We also tried the Dusting brush for the Stairs, and now Stairs are not a nightmare to clean......

It sucks pretty well, lightweight. Doesn’t include a wall hanger so you can hang it, it won’t stand up by itself and you have to order it from shark which is why I took off a star.

Always wanted to buy the Shark - Rocket Stick Vacuum, well I finally did and I am very, very satisfied !! It is almost as powerful as the Shark Navigator ( I Think, It feels so anyway ) ! With the benefit of being light, Which is the reason I bought it. The fact that it has a nice color and it looks good to look at, is a bonus !! I found it to be true as advertised. And delivery was superquick !! I have been a BestBuy customer for 30 + years ( usually paying in cash), but I am happy to see it Thrive were other BigBox stores folded, just saying !!

One of the best! Love the weight, suction, wall hanger. I especially love how easy it is to remove the bottom plate to clean/remove hair from the roller. Super simple! So happy with this vacuum!

Bought this because I moved and my Dyson Allergy was too heavy for me to lug up the stairs! Based on the reviews, I bought the Rocket. It literally took two minutes to unpack and snap together! It is a joy to use, light and cleans as good, if not better, than the Dyson. It swivels, comes apart to use on the stairs....works on my tile floors also! I LOVE this puppy!

I purchased one of these almost exactly a year ago. To be honest, I was skeptical that it would hold up to the needs for a 2 bedroom apartment. Boy, have I been pleasantly surprised! This little vacuum really packs in the power. No problems with any debris left on the floor - it gets it all! And the additional attachments are really useful.
